It's like you are tearing down the veil of banjo secrecy and wiki-leaking it to the world. Thanks, and much appreciated!
Hell yes, another rock solid Mr. Rick production! This one is going straight to the pool room!
hahahahahahaha
Get yer hand off it Leebob!😁
That melody without the rolls? Most instruments would JUST HAVE TO PLAY THAT! It's us banjo pickers who have to do all that extra stuff! Don't let your bandmates forget it! Thanks for another great pickin' science lesson, Mr. M!
Take me to church!! Thanks buddy, more of these to come
What an excellent lesson Ricky. I have been looking for this type of lesson for a long time and am really pumped about finding you!!! Its hard to find banjo teachers in the UK that do this kind of stuff. I don't like tab so much but like to work out what roll fits with what melody notes on the tunes that i play by ear, and this is really really helpful. Will definately be signing up to your patreon site and am looking forwards to more lessons like this. Excellent and well done!!!!
I appreciate your kind words my friend. More of these lessons to come, thanks for your support!
I like your analysis. It's my honest belief that this is the Flyest Banjo Content currently in existence
haha
Talk about fitting into our recent lesson, huh? Thank you much
I like the roll analysis! Awesome lesson, thanks.
Thanks George!
Skiing and shredding like a boss!
Thanks Lara you are the best!!
Great lesson. This is elementary enough that I can understand it. Great concepts to build on. Thanks for posting.
Glad it was helpful!
One of your best!
thanks steve!
You had me at JD.
SMACK!!!!💥
Well done!👍
ahahaha that was a good smack
This is such a great lesson! Thanks! Although most of the time, I’m still trying to figure out what the hell is going on with bluegrass banjo.
Thanks for watching bruv. Yeah bluegrass banjo is it's own science
This is gold! Thank you.
Thanks Larry!
Good stuff man
Thanks buddy
Awesome analysis. Alas, it's over my head still.
This is great. It would be good to have more of this. Looking at the melody section you have, if you were to do your own arrangement with the isorythmation technique, how would you choose the notes for the rolls that happen around the melody notes? Also, are the melody notes typically played with the thumb for emphasis?
That is a good question but I can't answer that in text :D
How do I sign up for your teaching skill
