I owned land in Montrose, Lee County, Iowa. I operated an upholstery shop and lived on my property for ten years. Then the Mayor sold the adjoining lot to a guy who was held above the law. He redeveloped the property on fraudulent building permits issued by the city,. It was a non conforming lot and State building code restricted any new structures could not have a footprint larger than the existing structures. That did not apply to this new neighbor. He filled the property with strucrtures so big he had to turn them sideways to squeeze them on the property. That resulted in all storm water from the entire property being diverted onto my property. My complaints were ignored because I was a divorced female with no political influence. When this guy finished the redevelopment 3 years later he discovered the redevelopment was going to be denied being recorded on the County plat map. The courts would have ordered him to remove the non compliant structures. They (government officials) determined his remedy was to eliminate me from my property. He used chemicals unlawfully applied on my property to cause me serious bodily injury or death. I was denied a trespass against this terrorist. The FBI advised me that this was not terrorism, it was torture. The FBI also determined no violation of Federal law has occurred. I was forced to flee from my property in an attempt to save my life. It was a long slow process after five long years of being intentionally exposed to these chemicals, The EPA determine the chemicals were Glyphosate. My condition is chronic. I am disabled and have not a pot to piss in any longer. I would give anything to leave this area but my financial situation will not allow for me to leave. Anyone know about prosecutorial misconduct, deprivation of rights under color of law, fraud on the court, violations of my 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments?
They say, YOU'RE FIRED....and return your license to the state well the process may vary a bit depending on the state you're in but that's the basic gist of it.
This is wrong, a deed is NOT evidence of title, it is just a document used to transfer it but doesn't mean you have good title meaning ownership in the first place. There are 4 evidences of title: Title Insurance, Certificate of Title, Torrens Certificate and Abstract of Title with Attorneys opinion of Title

5. Encumber
6. Dispose (sale, will, or other transfer)
