This channel ALONE helped me pass my state and national exam on my first try one year ago. My whole life has changed and it all started with this channel. I paid for three separate courses and just couldn’t do it. I binged watched this channel for 3 months and passed flying colors. You all can do it, too!!!!! Thanks so much Joe and everyone who helps contribute to this channel!
CONGRATS! Did u study your other material as well while watching this? Just curious because studying the books I received through my school has not been successful.
Thank you so much! I worked in real estate prior to getting licensed, but being licensed has opened so many doors for me! To be 100% honest, I never even read my books. I didn’t understand ANY of them. I really only studied these videos. I’m in Colorado, and the state and national portion were very similar with all of the information they review in these videos. I didn’t use ANY of my books to study to pass. There’s NO WAY I would have passed without these videos.
Amber Adams hey girl! I’m in colorado too working on getting my license. Did you make a folder of videos you could share with me? Or did you just go over all of them whenever?
Hey Jennifer! I didn’t have a folder of videos. Whatever chapter I was learning, I would try to find a video with the same topic and learn it. Then I would take the practice test until I would get about 80% on them and move on. I was able to complete everything in 3 months(vigorous studying). I don’t think I even read the actual school books, haha! I did read bits and pieces, but the videos were so much easier for me to understand. I will say- I found the Colorado test much easier than all of the practice test in the class! I surprisingly felt well prepared and passed with flying colors. I didn’t feel very confident going in. If all test all the same, I suggest really studying the credit/debits and fair housing. Approx. 20% of my test were about these two things. Wishing you the best of luck! I hope this helped!
I'm a non licensed land surveyor and just moved to a metes and bounds state. 2 days into boundary and I figured I better research precedence. This helped thank you.
The Kaplan course does a horrible job at explaining this section. The views alone tells me this is very hard to explain through text. I actually took a break from the course and just sat on TH-cam for a few hours and learned as much as I could. When I went back to my course EVERYTHING MADE WAY MORE FUCKING SENSE LOL!!!! I encourage everyone to do the same. I find myself always needing prior knowledge in order to pass these sections. I have always been a very visual and audial learner. I struggle a lot when trying to make sense of something through text, videos help a lot.
Hey Joe 😊 Really nice video. I love the production on this one. Really nice! Big ups to whom ever put this one together. Really quite nice! Can all of your videos follow this format from now on? ✨⭐️✨
Wow, I just stumbled upon this channel and with one video I'm hooked! You definitely explained everything in a manner which could be understood in a, as you say it, concise and simple way. Thanks!

Why do I have to know this to get my real estate license? I’m trying to show homes to buyers not tell George Washington how much land he has
I started my real estate journey today 10/3/2024. Class begins in two weeks. If I study hard enough I should have my license by January 2025.
