I feel like part of the reason have that misconception about how hard farming is in 3, is that the sheer number of legendaries to farm nowadays is so much larger and feels overwhelming just thinking about it.
That being said, I am so happy snipers got some love with the most recent patch.
I think its more so load times and annointments that scews these numbers. They should be glad we even get updates as often as we do in bl2 we had so little changes done to the game once the content cycle ended if something was broken/underperforming it just stayed that way.

I feel like every weapon is best on Amara or Moze. FL4K needs some more good guns. Hopefully with the next DLC.

I went from only using Zane to Fl4K. He's a great character and needs some buffs.
Yeah. FL4K basically has the Jakobs weapons and thats it. Amara and Zane can use pretty much anything. Moze only shines with weapons that have either splash damage or a huge mag size (or both).
That being said weapons like the "Bloom" or "Clairvoyance" are a lot of fun on FL4K.
I disagree. Moze can only use guns with either/or high mag counts, high damage, or splash damage. If a weapon doesn’t have either of these, then moze and her damage suffers imo. Amara is the overpowered vault hunter. I used a damned before it got buff on guardian takedown and she still wrecked with it. Can’t comment on Zane since I never played him since the only class mod I’ve seen viable is seein dead, a dlc item that I don’t want to buy. Flak is severely good but weapon variety sucks. They need to buff his other class mods like the one with pet revive (useless) so he can have more weapons to use.
Try using the quickdraw or whatever its called amp shot on weapon swap
These recent sniper buffs are so freakin good man! I picked up a U-Rad monocle last night on my deathless amara build and I've been turning mobs into red mist ever since 😂😂😂
Thanks for the tip. Though I haven't got the exactly same stats as yours, I got one with 127% weapon damage and the same 300% increased damage. The power of this gun is mind blowing, and head blowing.
That thing on Moze with a splash damage build is just...

When Manvark dropped this, I farmed him 394 times to get one with Phasecast. Then a level cap came out and I haven't farmed for it since. Gonna farm for it once the next level cap comes out.
It also drops from manvark in konrad's Hold

I just got one on the way to chonk stomp along with several legendaries.
For some reason I always get cub or sntl annointments.
So getting the right one for me is the farm same with hellfire, must take long time or luck to get right or favorite annointment

💯 facts- I ,like many others on here, spent way more time farming on BL2 then I have even played any other game! It consumed ur soul to finally get the Sham shield & Bitch smg to drop but then glitch thru the floor! You don't want none of that pure heartache!!
BL3 is so much easier to collect them, most from vending machines, random badass enemies dropped alot of orange & do all Zero Target opportunities & Hammerlocks legendary hunts. They scale to whatever level u are

Do I see lost potential there? You should shoose which side you kill. Either Godzilla or King Kong... And then get access to the loot of the remaining enemy. Like the mission in bl2 for the Maggie and Slagger.

Thiccfila thinks the buffs are significant, but I think Moxsy doesnt feel the same way.
I personally have tried it. If you're getting crits then it shreds.

To make farming better in bl3 Gearbox should boost dedicated drop rates and reduce world drops
World drops don’t take the place of your dedicated drop and a 15% drop rate is already very good

What Mayhem level is it? Also parts make a difference. Dastardly is Highest base damage usually

Proper sniper. Just like a bunch of others now. Lyuda is about the only sniper that feels like an AR (but with much higher damage)

I farmed King BoBo like 15 times and got 0 legendaries. No world drops, headsplosions, or laser-sploders.

I didnt even know king bobo respawned after completing the quest
He didn’t originally. They recently patched the game to allow several enemies to respawn AND gave them drops to help spread out loot pools

Alright, guess I know what my goal is tomorrow.
Been using it recently on my own Moze, who doesn't even have a lot of points in the blue tree. Just 5 in Fire in the Skag Den and 5 in Torgue Cross-Promotion, and it was still doing really good work. So in short, absolutely.
Been farming King Bobo all day, and all I have to show for it is half a dozen Laser Sploders :( Shouldn't matter that I am killing him with IB, right?
Nope. Should be a 15% drop rate for the HS
@@Ki11ersix In my experience, it was about timing and when I killed King Bobo. If I killed him while he was hanging from the rafters, he didn't drop the Headsplosion. If I killed him on the ground, my experience was that he dropped the Laser Sploder 15% of the time, and the Headsplosion about 5%, provided I quit and saved immediately after him dropping a Laser Sploder. In the end, I probably saw over 15 Laser Sploders and only 4 Headsplosions. At least I finally got some, LOL. Thank you, sir

Soooo headsplosion is no longer a manwark drop right? It is changed to a side quest boss just like maggie and hellshock. Cool I guess. At least side quests can be more enjoyable to do right now 😉😉
Maggie isn’t a side boss quest. Turnkey Tim appears during a main quest line
@@Ki11ersix My bad then. I thought it was a side quest but then I saw its name was "Guns of reliance" I think so yeah it's a main story quest. Anyway it would still be a little bit easier to farm turnkey tim than dino rex. Also I might haven't encountered turnkey tim yet. Only the annointed boss/militant

So.... why does just Bobo respawn? The loot pools can still be spread out, I mean, Agonizer has 5 dedicated drops!
They made a bunch of enemies respawn and moved drops to them recently. Wasn’t just Bobo
Ki11er Six oh I know bro, I was there when we looked for them on patch day. But I mean why just Bobo and not iOsaur as well? Not to mention enemies like the torturer from the VR quest in Ascension Bluff or the interrogator on Skywell don’t respawn and enemies like the God King’s Chosen and the God Queen’s chosen from that Clay quest don’t have dedicated drops.
It’s not so much a complaint as it is more options and more reasons to visit different maps. Again, Agonizer still has 5 drops which clutters two Mayhem specific drops and I think he’s still the preferred area for skin farming?

Ties doesn’t do the damage on the initial enemy shot. Just murders everyone else
@@Ki11ersix oh sure but for any new players that don't know that they might think the gun is doing all that damage to the other enemies (instead of ties)...especially since one of the guns strengths is ricocheting bullets.
