I think there's actually a lore reason for why their society runs on bacon. Organics love it because of the meat content, while the machines love it because it's high in oil. Thus, the war between machines and organics that happened long before the show began, was ended when the two sides bonded over their shared love of bacon. Also, calling Monster worse than Patrick Star was a step too far, IMHO. Monster may be a bit dumb, but he's never purposefully malicious. He genuinely believes that he's the right thing, unlike Patrick who doesn't really believe anything at all. ...Also, where the hell did you go to watch all of the episodes in order, I have a hard time finding episodes for this.

Dazz InkMan - Mikey’s the youngest of the four (that’s a thing in every incarnation of TMNT) thus he’s a bit more immature as a result and it also makes him naive thus he’s prone to mistakes. He’s also the kindest and friendliest which has him see the best in others such as with Bradford. All of this makes him a bit too trusting too as again seen with Bradford who was able to manipulate Mikey well but not too well as he did prevent revealing anything about his dad and the lair due to knowing that’s basically taboo to talk about and would betray his family. Then there’s the fact that the teasing he gets from his brothers (especially Raph) spur him into doing things to prove himself and unlike other characters that Enter’s ranted about Mikey does learn his lesson in the end. Once again the incident with Bradford being a good example (ironically that also taught Raph a lesson as his teasing of Mikey is part of the reason for that incident happening). Now I’ll admit that Greg voicing him with the BB voice (which he also used in TT and 2k12 Mikey fits TT BB more than TTG BB especially since it’s not as high pitched) did make it hard to watch at times whenever Mikey was on screen but like with Paulsen using a kind of similar (there’s a slight tone difference) version of his 80’s Raph voice for Donnie, I’ve eventually gotten use to it and now I just see the character that’s actually speaking the voice.

Those episodes were also included on the Robot and Monster: The Complete Series DVD released exclusively on Amazon.com on November 11, 2014.
This is a good case of “why does character X like being around character Y?” Honestly, why does Robot like being friends with Monster? I can’t recall Monster doing anything good for Robot. Yeah, he’s the “nice but stupid” guy but all I remember Monster doing is dragging Robot into his crazy shenanigans that very often result in Robot’s misfortune.
Same, I agree. Also the dangers like the explosions and the gags like the “slap on the wrist” when the punishment was actually a gigantic hammer being pounded on Robot’s wrist.
Having the VA using his actual voice in multiple roles isnt lazy. its cause they like the voice and all the charisma that goes with it....that is not a legitimate argument for being lazy.
I would have to say that Wall-e has some of the smartest, greatest and well detailed designs on robot characters. Specifically because when one really breaks down the design features of wall e and eve its not difficult to catch on to how they resemble an akward dork and an attractive straightwoman.

@marianne mccrank I don't know, there was a scene where a bunch of thugs were about to beat up the main characters, does that sound like something made for nick Jr?
Quite the stretch especially how the Hub at the time still wasn't getting all the attention at the time so, the argument of Robot and Monster being a rip off makes no sense as a whole, it was a mere coincidence really. Also sounds like Mr. Enter had a bad day in general while watching this, because seeing a show as boring is fine, especially when he has his standards to be rather high at most cases, but he still sound too mad on certain sections like talking about the humor really. I'd didn't see much wrong with the show when I was younger, but that only because I was bored off my ass and didn't want to watch Spongebob or Teen titans go for the 50th time in a month, so this was different and went along with it.
Growing up, I watched Mighty B and Fanboy & Chum Chum without any problems. THIS SHOW was the ONLY cartoon that managed to get under my skin when I was little.
I personally love this show when it came out and I still do to this day, I even have the whole series on DVD and it's in my top 10 best Nickelodeon shows, so it's kind of a guilty pleasure to me.
I saw the show back when it aired on Nicktoons and it wasn't that bad. I describe the show as pretty cute and you might get a laugh or two. Robot and Monster is in my opinion one of the most underrated animated shows that have appeared on Nickelodeon. It's even in my top 3 underrated animated shows from Nickelodeon list.
Even as someone who liked the show, I agree that Robot’s family was pretty toxic. I honestly felt bad for him. Admittedly, I haven’t seen much of Dan vs., so I can’t really make a fair comparison of the two shows.
I used to like this show when I was younger. I didn't watch it all the time or anything, but I looked at it when it played on TV. Because of that, I still feel pretty nostalgic to the theme song.

J Green The Media Guy Can we just say it was and forget it ever existed?
Same
This feels like a fever dream I had one day and I vaguely remember this being a thing but I genuinely thought I made it up
I hated this show as a kid.
I liked Mighty B! and Fanboy and ChumChum back in the day.
Needless to say, my standards weren't very high, and this still let me down.
This shows how low my standards were when I was little (I liked all of these including robot and monster).
Alpha Jay did a "rise and fall" on this series. It's interesting to hear two such distinctly different opinions.
I feel like this is the most underrated Nicktoon due to the interesting world. Say what you want about the execution, but a world populated only by robots and monsters with bacon as the only food source is very unique.
The fact that "Robot and Monster" is available to watch on the *Noggin* app of all things is hilarious! 😂
Even that is insulting to the noggin app. To see robot and monster right next to shows like Blue’s Clues, Oswald, and Moose & Zee...
According to wikipedia, the episodes "A Better Marf Trap" and "Monster Lie" were never aired on TV, but instead were released through the Noggin app on March 4, 2015. Those episodes were also included on the Robot and Monster: The Complete Series DVD released exclusively on Amazon.com on November 11, 2014.
This is a good case of “why does character X like being around character Y?”
Honestly, why does Robot like being friends with Monster? I can’t recall Monster doing anything good for Robot. Yeah, he’s the “nice but stupid” guy but all I remember Monster doing is dragging Robot into his crazy shenanigans that very often result in Robot’s misfortune.
Considering my favorite Nicktoon is Tmnt 2012, I’m scared.
I know me too
4:41
Actually, Robot And Monster IS on Nick Jr., atleast on Pluto TV.
I remember the Xs more than I remember this. And that’s really saying something considering this came out like 5 years after the Xs...
Did Tuesday really have a big butt or was that just Truman being a bratty little kid?
I actually really liked this show, one of the few 2010s Nick shows that I enjoyed
This was my favorite show, I didn't see any problem with it. In if kids a show, kid's don't know about or care about the problems do they even matter?
@@fredricknoe3114 yes, because there are plenty of kids shows that do not have these problems
I remember it being on, but I can't really tell you anything about it aside from confirming that it existed.

So what’s next?
7:46
YES! Turtle power!
Yup!
ENTER IF YOU TALK TRASH ABOUT THIS SHOW I WILL UNSUBSCRIBE TO YOUR CHANNEL!

My thoughts exactly.
This isn’t just one of the best Nicktoons of the 2010’s, this is one of best installments of TMNT.
This show is the definition of a throwaway show, literally I never seen it Nick when it aired, almost like it landed Nicktoons from the get go
This is the show that I watched while I waited for Spongebob to come on. That's my entire experience with it.
This show wasnt one long enough for me to really care .
This show only lasted 1 season, but on TV airings was spread out over the course of 3 years.
Ni hi cow long? What?
underrated show tbh
Oh hi there!
I might be one of the few people who's never heard of this show unfortunately
Just Some Guy without a Mustache I never heard of it either.
Me too
Yep
I never heard of this show. Wonder why.....
@marianne mccrank huh, yeah I guess that's it.
Plus, it's a show that died fairly quickly.
Blank Slate it went to nicktoons extremely fast
you forgot "gee, i" somehow????
I actually really liked this shows, those designs are what really hooked me
Same, I agree. Also the dangers like the explosions and the gags like the “slap on the wrist” when the punishment was actually a gigantic hammer being pounded on Robot’s wrist.
I remember hearing about how this series was cancelled before it even aired on Nickelodeon lmao
Yeah, this show had it rough. I believe it was originally supposed to be 2D animated at one point.
Jeez that sucks. I mean, I didn’t really like this show, but Nick should’ve given it a bit more respect then what they did.
Sure it's kind of messed up, but I'm going to be honest, the show is so bad that I don't care that much.
Bruh that theme song was low-key lit
Aw yeah he got to TMNT 2012, he's about to see some straight fire on Nickelodeon. Meaning it's a great show
I actually love this show... May just be nostalgia talking but I miss this era in Nick... Certainly better than wtf is happening now
"Robot and Monster" would never make it on Nick Jr. because Nick Jr. has to have their villains show that they're evil, but ineffective.
Also robot and monster has had joke's that are a bit too edgy for nickjr
It would always be deemed violent
Having the VA using his actual voice in multiple roles isnt lazy. its cause they like the voice and all the charisma that goes with it....that is not a legitimate argument for being lazy.
That Eddsworld clip gave me a rush of nostalgia. Damn I miss Edd Gould..
0:16 the nostalgia
I would have to say that Wall-e has some of the smartest, greatest and well detailed designs on robot characters. Specifically because when one really breaks down the design features of wall e and eve its not difficult to catch on to how they resemble an akward dork and an attractive straightwoman.
Speaking of Nick Jr. One time I caught an episode of Yo Gabba Gabba. They used "Marf" the robot dog thing in one their animation segments.
7:37 OH NO! YOU DO NOT INSULT LITTLE BEAR AND BACKYARDIGANS AND OSWALD LIKE THAT!
@@bentheg9793 Dude, you misunderstood what Mr. Enter was saying. He was not saying those shows are bad. Quite the contrary, actually. He was saying that unlike Robot & Monster, those shows have actual talent and effort put into them and don't feel like the people behind them were thinking, "We're making this for kids, so we don't need to try"
I hate it that this was my childhood. But I love it. I'll never stop loving this show and I will be the only fan of this show and bro, no one is gonna stop me.
Also I remember having a dream the day before the shoe first came out. I think it was about me, Robot, and Monster chilling in a hotel and eating ice cream. That's already slightly more interesting than what we got. Also it was a super happy type show in my dream too since I was an innocent little girl at the time (I was ten or so) (I'm currently ftm lol). Maybe someone can work on that premise for a project? Idc and I'd love to see what someone can do with "the two best friend trope (smart one and idiot one) who hang out with a little girl (maybe little sister idk)" with your other two prompts being "hotel" and "ice cream".
One of the few reasons I remember this show is due to the amount Bacon it talked about
I'm glad I never saw this, and saw every episode of the next Nicktoon: TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!
Bring on the Turtle Power Mr. Enter. :D
Finally, a *GOOD* nicktoon

I see him making both. An admirable for Lone Rat and Cub and an atrocity for Weird World of Wyrm. One of the lazing pieces of animation in history from a writing standpoint alone
Wandering Huntress
let’s hope he actually watches the whole show to even be able to do that.

Eh, I think this show was somewhat funny truth be told. I did like some of the characters like Gart, and the voice acting was fantastic. I feel like this show could have been better if it got more time to evolve.
Thanks for wording it better than I could.
@@Mudfire15 Of course. Good luck on your writing career btw!
Wait., you serious or are you lying.,
I remember watching this show, I honestly still kind of liked it. It was more notable to me during that era of cartoons then others.
I'm surprised it's even possible to remember this
On the other hand, it's likely impossible to forget these. 7:34

interesting Lol
I'm just gonna say it, Garth looks like a minion.
In Israel bacons are not kosher so they changed it to "pastramas"
I grew up with the Noggin TV channel. Until 2009 when it became the Nick Jr channel.
TIL Mr. Enter is an Eddsworld fan or has at least watched it before
_happy Eddhead noises_
(I literally grinned at the clip lol)
He had already seen Eddsworld from before the legacy ended in 2016, he talked about it in his CTRL+ALT Del. video
The way he pronounced “Oswald” and “Ni hao kai-lan” had me rolling, but in all honest Nick jr./Noggin was the sh!t back then 🚫🧢

@marianne mccrank I don't know, there was a scene where a bunch of thugs were about to beat up the main characters, does that sound like something made for nick Jr?
Yay you referenced Dan Vs, my favorite show!
He did a review on it a few years ago.
Saying Robot and Monster was a rip-off of Dan Vs because of sharing a voice actor was...really confusing. That’s not how rip-offs work.
So...you a fan od Dan Vs? How about a discord just for Dan Vs? discord.gg/w8Ub7sQ
That theme song reminds me of something you’d get from a Schneider bakery show
Like what.....
Jeff Vader ever seen kid danger?

*AW HELLZ YEAH!*
It didn't really reach full potential since Nickelodeon pulled the plug on the show too early.
Everyone in the comment section: I have never heard of this show before in my entire life.
Me, who genuinely enjoyed this show when it aired: *sobbing intensifies*
Tho for real, I do get where people are coming from. This show wasn't exactly anything special, but I really liked watching it. It was fun, and I didn't really mind the flaws. It just kinda made me sad with how many people don't even know this cartoon existed.
This show is just Patrick and squidward derping about with bacon and mArF included.
This show has Marf, yes, THE Marf,.

Fun fact: the creators of this show actually helped to create TMNT 2012 and even supervised it during it's first season. It even had a few of the same writers, also only on it's first season.
This was the show that made me love bacon, that’s pretty much the only good thing I can say about this show now
you forgot to mention how this show also thinks severe head trauma is funny
