Blue badge holders cannot park in loading bays unless signs indicate otherwise. Loading bays are for vehicles that are loading or unloading, and some are only for commercial vehicles. What is the problem ?
she only got a hard time from me for not telling him he is a data subject and she was recording. i felt sorry for him as he had a brain operation and was very confused.
Data protection works both ways, you did not tell the parking warden that you were recording and have used it without her permission with mischievous intentions
@@WyeindependantMedia incorrect, as a member of public you are afforded protection under Data Protection Laws, so you do fall under data protection laws, regarding recordings made by companies and organisations while any recording you may make is not governed by Data Protection Laws.
Who paid for the road. Was it the council or the taxpayers?
I thought I was playing the video at 2 x speed when she started talking😂😂😂

Traffic Wardens what would we do without them. What an Angel 😇 ❤😊😂😅.
As a blue badge holder you cannot park anywhere where there is loading with the 2 vertical stripes on the pavement !
Her hair fell out after 😂
Why is she getting a hard time? You can't park when loading restrictions apply ' even with a blue badge 🤯

This depends on local authorities. I have it in writing from my local authority that parking in loading bays is ok for disabled drivers.

Did you tell yourself, to all peiple passing by that you were recording?
@rudyhonings don't need to as a member of the public.
It is not unlawful to record in a public place and members of the public have no right to privacy when in a public place.
