Some resellers on Ali Express are hacking the firmware before selling. Last time i received a uv k8 (99) with original firmware. Most of the times the arrive in terrible condition.

Nice to see you getting out and about doing these videos. You are showing the public places that don't get much publicity or are 'lost' and forgotten to some extent. It would be nice to actually see yourself on camera once in a while too :D .

You are Incorrect, no Quansheng products can transmit an AM radio carrier at even 1/2 Watt without major internal circuit Replacements. Even if you could transmit 1/2 watt FM on airband, no one would hear you on actual AM Aircraft radios Because Quansheng hardware is electronically Unable to Transmit a pure AM carrier😂 6:21

I saw this online and knew it was going on. The way they made it sound I would have expected something ground breaking. As you are probably aware, the reason for the ill feeling from the locals towards the event was that neither the organisers or Herefordshire Licensing Authority adequately informed the local residents, of which there are actually quite a lot, that the license had been applied for. Walford Parish Council were not informed either. Initially the license application was till 3:00 in the morning. This was only changed to midnight a few days ago. Far better to engage at an early stage with the local community if you want to do something like this.

No version of this radio receives on 10 Mhz and goes up to 3 Ghz unless the HF hardware mod has been done. The highest freq it will receive is 1300 Mhz HF mod or no HF mod. The airband tx capability will be a few milliwatts only btw
