Thank you for the video Martin. I'll never manage to use all of the waxes, sealants and detailers I presently own, but after watching your video they'll be another one to add to my collection 🤣.
oh no, sorry Karl🤷♂️
Big fan of this one on the Golfs
A great product to take when showing the Golf Mark
Love the vlog Martin and the slippers 😀
you have to be comfortable mate 🤣. glad you visited the workshop to see what im up to👍
Martin, i got some of this a few weeks back. I have a weekend car that only comes out in summer so thought this might be ideal for using to keep it looking nice. Honestly, im really disappointed with it. I cant see any real visible difference when i apply it. If you get chance try 3D Bead It Up. Its a spray/wipe product and that really does add nice gloss, makes the paint feel really slick and adds a few months protection.
Sorry you're disappointed John. I will look 3D Bead it up. Take care & enjoy the rest of the bank holiday👍
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer you too Martin, happy cleaning.
Another product to test Martin, your costing me a fortune,🤣😂🤣😂,all good so far just used the Gt c2 liquid crystal very nice, have a good week Martin ☕🍰
Hi Anthony, this is more of a gloss enhancer for shows not necessarily for adding protection but great if you want the car to pop👍
Im a weekend warrior and keep the car pretty clean like you do. Its only a 2016 Polo, so nothing special. It doesnt usually get compliments, but i used Dream Maker on it over the weekend, and it really does give it a gloss boost. anyway, for the first time ever someone stopped me on a roundabout to say that he couldnt believe how shiny the car is, its got to be brand new !!!. that says it all I suppose
Hi Nicky, good to hear from you. Yep really good product to make any car pop👍
Another good product cheers Martin
Not for everyone Alistair but very handy for shows
That looks amazing. This weekend I had a new product. EZ car care Gloss Boss. I have DDSI and Sigma on the shelf. This is WAY glossier. Just sharing mate. Great video!
Thanks Jason👍
nice 1 Martin that does look nice I've got so many of the same thing like gloss boss thats just the same so wallet staying closed at the moment
Same here. Autobrite project 64, Garage Therapy are also worth looking at. I did my carbon black Beemer with the 64 and mega gloss and protection, zero smearing. Most of the gloss qd's are hell. Grtz
used that product, very good result as I can remember - thanks Martin
Always a pleasure Andy, hope
All is well
Martin this is a brand that im not familiar with but it looks a great product nice shine, i got another gold member towel in the post yesterday as well as Bilt Hamber Atom Mac so i look forward to using it.
Cool, two great buys. P&S are better known for things like Bead Maker and Brake Buster. The Dream Maker is mostly used at shows to add that extra gloss but I doubt it has much longevity. Enjoy your new toys👍
agreed, its good stuff - got mine from In2Detailing last week, and thanks to a Phil Miranda tip on Saturday -- mixed it with Beadmaker (60/40) for yesterdays Operation 'Clean the Manky Estate', what a finish, and then completed my 4 hours detail of the Outback with IW's SuperGloss+ Spray Wax. You could dive into the Deep Blue Pearl now!! 👍😎
Good job 👍👍
What’s is the mixing ratio for bead maker and dream maker ?
@@rifayahamed2640 use it undiluted
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer in which one is 60/40 mixing ratio for bead and dream maker ?
@@rifayahamed2640 i used a spare 500ml bottle & trigger, with 300ml BM and 200ml DM - as DM has no protection, and all undiluted.
Hello Martin,it’s looking good on your car, shame there’s no protection on it,would have been ideal.
It is a nice easy product to use that gives a great look.
spot on Patrick, like most P&S products they just work 👍
Useful video Martin , just tried this on a black Ford Focus on top of Sonax BSD and was pretty impressed, not sure if there's much difference to Bead maker tbh but worth having in the arsenal all the same .
BeadMaker will last a couple of weeks and very useful as a drying aid but this is all about gloss and ideal if you are showing your car really, no longevity claims
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer Hi Martin, if someone put BeadMaker on 3 panels on your car and DreamMaker on another 3 panels do you think you'd be able to see the difference in Gloss?, hmm I doubt it very much. I use BeadMaker as a topper, love the slickness, I don't think I'd notice any difference in gloss so I'll give this one a miss. However DreamMaker had better durability I'd give it a go. I think P&S went the wrong way as in I'm sure we'd all agree BeadMaker's weakness is it's durability, so why P&S bought out a very similar product but with even less durability I don't know, surely would have been better to improve it, I know they claim better gloss but to the eye I doubt very much we'd really truly notice the difference.
@@26DX047 cant argue with your comments mate. I would have thought P&S would have come up with a ver 2 with better longevity 🤷🏻♂
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer I'd like to add Martin I enjoy your no BS way as in if something is crap it goes in the bin. Really enjoy your way of doing things, as you always say it might not always be the correct way but it's your way.
Great channel 👍
@@26DX047 cheers mate, got it in one. appreciated 👍
👍🏻
Looks like a great product, what’s the durability of it Martin? I can see the benefits of it but as you say it’s not a wax just a enhancer of gloss shine.
No longevity claim mate, mainly a tool for shows
Nice one Martin. But is that any different than Demonshine? It's even the same colour!
Personally, I prefer Koch FSE myself.
I don’t think this is for everybody Ant. It’s a
Gloss enhancer and would be a good product to apply before a show. It doesn’t boast any longevity claims. I have had fse on the shelf for years and you have made me realise that I have never made a video of it
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer ah mate I love it! It's great at taking off light water spots, smells really nice, is well priced and just leaves a lovely finish.
Same sort of thing, it'll not add much protection - you might get some better beading for a week or something - but it just seems to add lovely clarity and shine.
@@AntEloftheHouseofEl to be honest I have only ever used it for water spot removal. I need to play with it a bit and use as a qd before I do a video 👍👍When you see it you will know it was your idea 👍
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer you the man Martin! 😁
How funny I put this in my basket this morning at clean and Shiny lol
Definitely worth it then?
I really like it like most P&S products
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer thanks Martin
@@Geeky_detail_reviews always a pleasure Steve
Hi Martin, would you use this as a drying agent. Thanks
Hi Lloyd, no I wouldn’t as much better ones on the market like bead maker and gt2qd but I know some people use it
Equal to Done & Dusted or different would you say Martin
no not the same mate. This is all about gloss and not necessarily about protection. This is more of a show product
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer cheers 😄
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer tried this as a drying aid after a simple wash using ONR and the finish is fantastic. My car does need a decontamination and polish and I can imagine the gloss and feel would be off the chart if I done a proper job 😄
@@johnp6987 Brilliant, I'll give it a try John 👍
Can it be used a drying aid also
You can use it as a drying aid marmy.
never tried but San says so 🤷♂️
cheers San, good info👍
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer Cheers Martin, glad to be of help!
@@sanmiguel4019 I need all the help I can get mate 🤣🤣
Better than shit sigma v2 how it should work
clearly not a sigma fan then Jason
@@ObsessiveCarDetailer no m8 this product is what sigma should be
@@jason-si4mq sigma is all about protection but this is more about gloss enhancement. Have you tried Bouncers DDSi?
O right thought they were the same which do you prefer mart
@@jason-si4mq Depends on what you're looking for really DDSi is very slick and will give you around 4 to 6 weeks protection. Sigma is similar but gives a little more slickness and protection. This Dream Maker is mainly used for people showing cars so good on gloss but little protection. I like to have all 3 on the shelf Jason, different tools for different jobs
Karl (below) is right - you cause endless expense to your subscribers! - but don't stop, what else can I spend my pension on? - (I know I know, petrol)
