I absolutely love the inclusion of worchestershire and soy in the bolognese.. with that much sauce 3 dashes of each won't alter the flavor profile of the other ingredients in any drastic way but the addition of that umami is going to punch the sauce up a whole lot!

I love this show. Obviously there is a heavy dose of sarcasm and over the top admiration but I am being serious here: The last season had this really post modern feel to it and the humor had me absolutely dying of laughter. I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into the production. With all that said I do have some feedback. I had no idea the show was back, and I had no idea about the new production called 'God Save the Food' over on E4 (no clue what E4 is.) There seems to be room for improvement in the marketing department (which I'm sure people are working hard on) and getting out the word on new developments for fans of Matty and the team. I don't know if it's worth paying for some ad space or tweaking the algorithm or whatever, but that's constructive feedback for you folks! Good luck! Going back to watch everything I missed.

I made this recipe, and I gotta say, the Bolognese is GREAT, but not what I'd have expected. It wasn't so far off from the sauce in Matty's OG "Get You Laid Lasagna" video. It is DEFINITELY sludge AF. There is not much tomato presence, it's more of a sloppy joe situation in my opinion. It is definitely bomb, but I would suggest considering modification if you want a slightly more traditional flavor by using more tomato sauce, and/or decreasing the relative beef stock amount to balance.
