    My weight is stuck since 2021, I started my weight loss journey and eventually weighed 58kgs then through home workouts.
    After that I gained some weight due to academics and again reduced it to 54 kgs which was in 2023. I joined Gym after that and within 6 months of strength training I got toned and build some strength n muscles in January 2024, i weighed 56kgs. Now at present after leaving everything i ended up at 59kgs, its been 3 months I'm trying to lose, I've lost only 0.5kg till now. No matter what I do, it isn't helping me. I've cut down my calories completely.

    Basically plataue in weight loss is when you loose weight than your defecit also get decreases because when your weight was more you were in deficit but when you loose weight that old deficit will no longer be the deficit for you simple

    Sir, my weight was 84 Kgs. in February, 2024. Now I am in 87/88 Kgs. However, I am taking the same food and same work out at Gym 1 Hour. But not achieving the reduced weight as same before. Till June, 24 the weight is around 87/88 Kgs.

    Hello sir, please mujhe reply kigiye, sir mai 1 hr proper exercise krti hun full potential k saath, 10 mint sidhiyan up and down krti hun, ghr me baith k pocha lgati hun, aur sone se phle 1.5 hr walk krti hun brisk walk. aur oil, white salt, sugar, bahir ka khana bilkul bnd krdiya hai, water intake 3.5 se 4 ltr daily ka hota hai, mujhe aisa krte hue aaj pure 20 days hogye but mai 1 kg v loss nhi krpai. I do everything without cheat. Mera weight 60kg hai aur age 22, height 150cm. according to my BMI mai 3 kg overweight hun. mujhe bs ye 3 kg km krna hai. but 20 days me 1 kg v km nhi hua. aur mera metabolism itna slow hai ki Mai daily poop nhi krpati. one or twice a week hi jati hun. jbki mai salad, green vegetables aur palak apple smoothie,krela aur ghiya ka juice v piti hun, chiken v khati hun, egg v khati hun. can uh please help and make my weight loss journey easy

    me 1700 calories kha raha hu 6 din 40 min gym jata hu + 1h cycling vi kar ta hu... ab me gym ka time vi nahi bara sakta hu or calories vi kam nahi kar sakta hu to protein vi kam ho jaiga

      @@satyam168 U can eat the above and lose weight too...In fact u can have ice cream and junk food and still lose weight...but its harder because these are high in cals...choose fruits that are low in cals...now I am not saying dont eat bananas or any of the above...Low calorie foods are lean proteins like egg whites, chkn breast, fish, most fruits and all vegetables. Have nuts and seeds and other high calorie foods in moderation. Those are good for u...but control ur portions

    Sir on my naturaltein whey protein, it is written that "product of India " and manufactured in Pune , Maharashtra . So how it is a German brand ? Please explain. I am buying this whey from more than one year .

      Naturaltein imports raw whey from Germany as importing concentrate whey is very costly
      It's then blended in india with flavours and stevia

    sir,
    Machine front squats mein dar nahi lagta, usime progressive overload karun? Because, I wanna get stronger.
    B/B back squat mein neeche jaane mein dar lagta hai, kar toh leta hoon but weight nahi increase kar paa raha, however I can do powerlifting squat, kya vo bhi utna hi effective hai?
    ALSO, deep squat mein jo lower back pe jerk aata hai uski wajah se back mein pain bhi hai...

      @@WeRStupid No amount of strength training EVER decreases belly fat or fat from any area. You need to do CARDIO that too steady state cardio. Even a multiple sets of heavy squats won't burn more than 150 cals.
