I have a quick question? You mentioned for the Hall wiring that there was 6 wires but I only counted 5 where is the sixth one cause mine has a pink wire that says high break do I connect that wire also to the hall wiring or do I leave it out?
The extra wire is coming out of the bird scooter. The 6th wire is white and it’s not needed. On your controller (that you buy ) you will have 5 wires on your hall wire connector. And on the opposite side (on the scooter ) like I mentioned you will have 6 wires.. you want to match color with color! Every color is going to match. And at the end you were going to be left with one wire (white wire) that’s the extra wire ! Don’t use it you can clip it or just leave it.

Hey man I’m stuck I think I cut the wrong wire I’m not sure can I send you a photo of what I have going on.? Are there suppose to be extra wires on the controller?
There should be some connectors that are not used that should be extra! But don’t worry about those. Like your alarm wire, three speed switch wires, Single ground wire, self study Wires, high/low end wires. Etc.. you’re only using what’s needed which should be Throttle Wires Motor wires Hall wires Positive negative wire And then your headlight wire you will have to make or simply buy a step down converter for that .
Yo ! OK so the scooter only has back wheel drive , but most certainly it can work on two motors. One controller per motor. Simple all you need to do is swap out that front wheel with a hub motor that fits. That would be a beast , scooter does not have to work as hard as it would with it riding on one motor. It be more efficient and less stress on a single motor .
wire red thin cable to main supply , main power supply should have 3 wires 1 thick black 1 thick red and 1 thin red.. The thin red is the key switch which needs to be soldered in to the thicker red wire in order for the controller to activate..
Why don’t you start wiring a actual switch to cut power to the controller? It’s very simple. Take a line off battery or pull from the alarm power wire and run that through a switch back to the thin red wire or key switch wire. That will kill all power to the controller.
Because all the wires are smaller and I have to do a lot of folding these wires in place at the end and that might require some tugging the wires, just wouldn’t wanna risk pulling a wire out from the crimp, or something may come loose due to the vibration while riding the scooter. Solder kind of acts as a weld so I’m less likely to have that issue.a crimp is sort of like vice to hold something in its place. It’s not something you see a lot of people using on scooters. Although it may seem more time sufficient and faster. I would recommend sticking with soldering .
