If you bypass battery can you still charge it and will charger indicate that its fully charged and stop charging

I Did The Bypass B+ To P+ When I Checked The Power It Was Like 33.12v Do That Mean I Need To Charge Battery..Or The Bypass Didn’t Work ?

I have the same controller and display. I’m only able to get 5-6mph.

I am only getting 5.8mph. And the wheel speed is also very slow.

Do you need a hallow point T15? My battery plate screws have a peg in the middle so I can't fit a normal T15 to unscrew.
