It’s a Porsche 962C-only grid, because there’s currently no way to NOT have any random Sauber, Corvette and Nissan cars with vanilla Reiza skins showing up, ruining the aesthetic, until a dedicated skin & skills pack arrives for all the cars in the Group C class.
I wish we could natively select the specific individual car and skin slots within a particular class and save that to a custom template.

It wouldn't take much effort to make an 1983 version... remove a lot of trees with just dirt patches, remove a couple of buildings and then replace the adverts with more time appropriate ones.
