    Any parent should be able to get a second opinion on medical treatment without fear of losing their child. And it sounds like the baby was under the care of a pediatrician. Have they ever commented or made note of the babies weight being an issue? Childrens and CPS better have a strong case to justify this.

    • @MA-mh1vs
      @MA-mh1vs 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      The thing is the pediatrician is the one who sent her to the hospital which means he/she thought the infection was beyond just prescribing an oral antibiotic. That is further backed by the statement that the child was at risk of sepsis. At the point an infection is that bad oral antibiotics are not enough. In addition had the hospital just prescribed an oral antibiotic she could have simply not filled it. I think the antibiotics were going to be administered via an IV and therefore she 'refused' it as stated in this news clip. Refusing IV antibiotics on a child at risk of sepsis and taking the child out of the hospital most certainly would result in CPS being called and taking the child like they did.

    • @LoriL010
      @LoriL010 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@MA-mh1vs I understand that, however clindamycin is a very strong antiobiotic and can cause a severe reaction to various organs including the heart. It's very hard on the adult system and I would think even harder on a toddler. My own mother became very ill after taking it. This mother should have been allowed a short time frame to receive a second opinion on an alternate treatment. And again, they brought up the childs weight and more history is needed on that before CPS can use that as an aditional reason to take the child.

    She needs to file a written challenge of jurisdiction on the docket. She needs to also file a federal law suit and lastly she needs to not sign a case plan with CPS otherwise she's toast. CPS cases are based off a preponderance of evidence...which means he who has the most paperwork wins, which means they are going to lie like their lives depend on it.
    You can see they are ready starting to lie, the police said the CPS worker had no court order to remove the child, and now a judge is saying they did have such an order.
    The judge will be in on it, the newly appointed guardian, the county attorney and the CPS worker everyone is waiting patiently for her to make a mistake. They will back date paperwork, have hears without her present etc.
    Then have her lawyer convince her to just follow the plan for 2 years. CSP is essentially suing her for custody of her child. And this is a Profitable business the trafficking of children who don't need their services.
    Their goal is to foster the child out and then adopt him out all while having the state and federal governments pay them handsomely.
    P.S. CPS will petition the court to steal her social security that she's been accumulating while working out of her personal SS account during the process as well, not to mention they are going to also ask the judge for child support to boot.

    Yall need to stop talking to CPS workers. You're not legally obligated to talk to them for THEIR investigation on you. As soon as you start talking,they start building a case on you, even if you haven't done anything wrong, they are trained to know how to do this. Keep your mouth shut, and let them turn in a empty paper on you, case closed.

    My daughters school tried to threaten me with cps. Called it educational neglect because she missed 10 days of school because she was sick. My daughter is autistic and would never understand why she is being taken. The thing is I was following the rules of the school. If your child has a fever they can’t be in school for 24 hours. I made it clear that they will not be coming for my child. They never sent anyone.

    Just FYI we have “woke” attorneys working against children. I literally had to learn the law within 5 minutes. I had fire an attorney after going against child in court. This attorney pretended to work for me after fired. Set up a hearing on my behalf without notification! I literally had to go on the computer submit a response that was time limited. I’m not computer literate. So I was literally crying to the lord to please help me as 1 hour was remaining. I could have lost my child custody ! What happened to submitting a certified letter to fire an attorney? I reported this individual to state bar and according to them this attorney did not receive any punishment and is allowed to do this to another poor family. Be careful!

    That would not have happened where I am. If there is no court order cops won't force it unless THEY see the kid is at risk for imminent danger.
    Also, there would have been an initial hearing within two business days of the removal. The fact that he's been in the hospital for (did they say) 60 days without a hearing is a violation of her rights. She needs to sue the crap out of them.
    They will be reunited in short order.

    Its in canada too... They are horrid... I worked at a home for young pregnant women.... Time and time again cas would come and try and convince these poor young women to give their child over to them for adoption so they coukd have a better life etc (which made no sense cause thus program was to help find them a place to live and help them pay for it and find work or school etc to better thwir lives for the kids) when of course the mothers refused to hand over their kids cas started allegdging abuse and neglect etc ... I cannot tell you how many times they would force their way into the home woth cops and take kids promising they would work with them etc only to place their kids with parents wanting to adopt etc... I honestly do hope cas and cps have theyre day in court and are destroyed .... They protect no one and kidnao kids to place for adoption for government funding etc

    I was in Foster Care and I have seen kids get taken away just because a parent says no to a doctor. The doctor's ego! Here are some ways to avoid it:
    1. Only go to the doctor if it's really important
    2. If you must go try a doctor that's far away from your house like in another county or state.
    3. When at the doctor's office and your doctor prescribes medicine you don't agree, don't say anything to the doctor. Just throw the prescription away or don't fill the prescription.
    4. Dont ever put your real address on the doctor paperwork. Put a fake address like a business of some sort.
    5. If someone unexpectedly knocks on your door do not answer it. I have seen Social workers give up on a case because no one answers the door. They aren't allowed to come inside they usually don't have a court order and are too lazy to get one. Same for phone, don't answer phone for unknown callers.
    6. Try to find a doctor that's into natural cures or just a better quality doctor.
    7. Someone else made a good point, try going out of the country for doctors visits if you live near the border.
