- Hello guys, we are back with yet another most requested setup. This time we are showcasing how to set up Bridge Mode on Nokia G-2425G-A GPON ONT so that it can be used with the routing setup of your choice, be it TP-Link, Ubiquiti, OpenWRT or Mikrotik, etc.
We are using TP-Link Archer AX53 as our main router in this video.

Hi bro Tataplay fibre NOKIA same ONT moderm.. I dont have the Back and restore tab .. I cant export and import the Config file.. Any ways for THAT TO UNLOCK..? Please
Not possible in TPF's Nokia ONT since its firmware is pretty locked down.
After enabling bridge mode the led doesnot blink anymore and there is no connection through that port route mode works fine
Hello brdr, I suggest power cycling your ONT. Happened to me too but rebooting it fixed it.

what should i say in airtel office so they give me the correct ONTthat will atleast work with bridge mode ?
Probably that your current ONT is having disconnection issues or random restarts, etc.
Airtel says i have to get postpaid and static ip to enable bridge mode
Yes, that's a prerequisite for getting static IP, yes.
I dont knw my airtel pppoe password. How do i find?
Probably is the same password to login to your router (use this password as the username and password for the pppoe connection)
Hello brdr, you need to check your Airtel Xstream connection details in your Airtel thanks app, scroll to the bottom of the page and there you'll find Account Number, that Account Number is the password.
will this work with TP-Link Archer AX3000 AX50 [ I have static ip aswell so it should be no problems i guess right? but i'm in the uk not india. My main terminal is locked so i want separate router so i can control my network open ports and stuff.

@@geekytwins Hey again i've got the second router the same as in your video. My isp enabled bridge mode and i was able to connect to the internet. But do you know how to force router to use Static IP. It connects to shared one.

Get the TP-Link XZ000-G7 XPON terminal, bro and use your own router. I'd recommend Archer C6 or Archer AX12 or Archer AX23, if you have the budget.

It didnt work bridge mode the wan is not detected by other router
@@OnlyYoursTruly for some users you have to call airtel CC and ask them to enable bridge mode.. (typically lan 4)
@@mahalaya13 That's right, but talking to Airtel CC is like banging your head against the wall. I tried and they also tried selling me static IP😂
@@OnlyYoursTruly Try rebooting your ONT once or twice. It happened to me too, but rebooting the ONT fixed it.
