My reviews of helmets I got: Scorpion Exo ST-1400 Carbon (dry) - Very clean looking helmet, first impressions is that it's a beautiful helmet. The helmet is not very efficient with noise control so you'll hear a lot of air flow but the plus side is the air flows through the helmet so you'll atleast be cooled. The inflated cheek pads broke for me within a month of usage so that's another thing to take into consideration. I give this helmet a 7/10 since I've had it for 3 years and it still works well (except the broken inflated cheek pads). Sedici Strada II Carbon (gloss) - Overall I picked up two of these, one for my girlfriend and I because it's very comfortable as well as quality efficient. For starters, if you love to hear your bike sound and not a lot of air flow I highly recommend this. Very affordable and you can also just get gloss instead because it looks good either way. I recommend this helmet for anyone who wants to get into carbon style helmets for obvious reasons. Although this helmet isn't as light as my AGV Pista GP it's still comparably light to the Scorpion Exo ST-1400 Carbon. I plan to pick up a few more in reg tone colors like matte black and white because I like it that much. I give this helmet a 8.5/10 AGV Pista GP RR Carbon (gloss) - I love this helmet but also hate it. Honestly too much noise but that's because this is a track oriented helmet I feel like. The water spout is a plus side when you're thirsty on a hot ride in SoCal and the beauty behind this helmet is immaculate. However, the price tag is painful for us broke college students. You'd be surprised but I don't wear this helmet often for comfort and noise control so my score is 7.6/10 One I plan to get is the Shoei X-14, overall beautiful helmet and I love the photochromatic visor (I tried my buddies and I highly recommend this if you're a day + night rider like me). Definitely not carbon but something to look into for a $$$ helmet. Overall, all helmets are based on preference, I'm just a biased rider who loves carbon and so that's my recommendations on the 3 helmets I got.
I recognize that guy with the HJC RPHA90s Carbon at 5:48. That helmet face planted straight into a rock on a ADV ride and came out fine. Just needed a new shield and an adjustment on my inner shield.
I have both the Bell Race Star and Pista GPRR. Although the Pista is HANDS DOWN the most gorgeous full face racing helmet with its sharp lines, my overall favorite is the Bell Race Star. Just as lightweight, just as stable at high speeds, looks really damn good, but also comes with speaker pockets for coms and a self tinting visor...hard to beat that. The Pista is very noisy (as it's suppose to be because its a dedicated track helmet and meant for extreme air flow not meant for the public streets)
I love my Arai. You can't beat the round design. It offers the same aerodynamic signature facing forward or when turned to look to the side. Many of these helmets are good going forward, but when you turn your head, the helmet catches all sorts of extra air. Round is better! 😅
Arai’s carbon fiber model has a $4,095.95 retail price tag, so that might be why it’s not on the list. I get what you’re saying though. I want to get a Arai Contour - X this spring, but not sure exactly which one of the 5 paint schemes I like the most😊. I’m sure I’ll be satisfied with whatever one I chose.
Hi I was looking at the ls2 challenger gt carbon flames helmet in your video and it looks like the chin vents have a chrome finish on them, or maybe it's an optical illusion. I've searched high and low and can't find a ls2 challenger gt helmet with chrome vents. If you could let me know are the vents chrome finish please or maybe a code/model number I would really appreciate it 👍
The Scorpion ST1400 should have their perpetrate anti-fog visor over pinlocks at that pricepoint. Not worth the money. You're literally paying more for less.

Would you say the bell vents very well? I’m looking for the best venting helmet but on a bagger in a upright position 🙏
is the bell super loud too? i’ve heard it’s a quite loud helmet for the price
@@giovannicalicchio8277Bell helmets have tons of airflow. I've owned a couple of them.
Any list without Arai doesn’t have credibility.

@@nulla9601 Do you know how to read English? Neither I or anyone in the comments were complaining about Arai.
@@ryanmalone2681 You were literally complaining that Arai wasn't in the list lmao
Is it true that cardo intercom is having connection issues with carbon helmet?

Hopefully they hold up better than the Oceangate sub.😮
Not by much. Most of these helmets are pretty junk.
Exo t520 or 1400? Pick one
I have HJC 90s carbon, best helmet I've owned
Damn, I love my Shark GT Carbon Pro, thought it might make it in here.
Alpinestars is taking its shirt off in February
Where's the test!!! impacts ,drops, headbutts, scratch's on the visor. ECT

RUROC 4.0! Js
I've heard horror stories from the people they try to sponsor and that's a turn off for me. Their helmet looks great though.
How light are they
