2. Locate problem: dot projector problem
3. Fix problem: Solder new 16 pins IC chip

hello sir, I have a face id problem on the iPhone XS Max, I found that the flexible dot matrix has been replaced with flexible JC, when I checked JC V1s it read chip short, how can I fix it? is it possible with a method like this video?

Why did the Face ID failed?
Is it because you used it with another changed board?
