Could you use these tools with a full front camera module to hotswap? Basically just remove the whole front camera assembly, burn the data to the new assembly, and put the new assembly into the phone?

At the minute 4:14 we can clearly see that the crystal is connected with 3 pins at the base of the dot projector. My questions from this:
1) What is the electrical function of the pins connected to the crystal?
2) After the repair and exchange of the flat cable the 3 pins of the crystal need to be re-soldered to the base of the dot projector as they were originally?
All internet videos after the repair dot projector do not show re-soldering the 3 pins of the crystal. Nobody understands or explains the electrical function of the crystal.

most likely related to the mosfet they ground off. from my findingeveryome does that amd this has to be the only reaso. maybe its some stupid physical security thing and the mosfet bypass disables that
Is it also possible to change the dot projector modul to one from another iPhone and program the flex cable?
I accidently broke some of the golden wires and now I am wondering if it could be repaired!

What glue did you use for the crystal?
In my case, it's the dot projector not emitting a flashing red light when in Portait Mode and the background is not blurred. The flood sensor and Ambient Light Sensor are working normally
I had exposed my XS MAX to an QR reader who emit red light for a dozen of seconds and one day after, FaceID stopped working like nothing.
What do you think ?

there is no way to describe how tiny the parts inside FaceID are. it's really difficult.
