Tips: Chew food 30 times, drink water only 30 min before/after food, sleep on your left, eat 3 hours before going to bed. Most important, DO NOT WORRY
Hi @@rathidesai969 Firstly DO NOT WORRY. That's biggest enemy to your body/stomach. I was suffering from it from 4 yrs. But now it is gone by 95% just after watching BM Hegde videos. Earlier I had taken medicine, but had not worked. I'm thankful to BM Hegde sir. He cured my gastric without medicine with this video.
Just imagine how happy I'm. My stomach feels good these days. Just include fruits/veg in food, chew 30 times, drink water after 30 minutes. No medicine needed in most cases.

It's a shame a lot of health videos are in indian (not sure which language as India has many). However, my gastroenterologist was called Dr Hegde (pronounced Heg day). I have had IBS-C with visceral hypersensitivity for 5 years. I am discovering that it is both a psychological disorder and can include increased intolerances to particular foods (these vary for different individuals). Aside from the distressing either urgency to visit the loo or inability to go or a combination of both is the pain. The pain is excrutiating and is the most distressing symptom to me. For me, dairy seems to cause the constipation. The pain is repressed anger. When I feel my anger and get comfortable with that feeling, the pain goes. When my mind is distracted, the anger goes back to physical pain.
