Chris Christodoulou is such a mad genius. How do you churn out smash hit after smash hit? Usually a game has one or two tracks like this, but the _Risk of Rain 2_ OST is comprised EXCLUSIVELY of absolute wonders. Thanks for covering!!
the saxophone solo on The Face Of The Deep, in my opinion, was the absolute peak of his music. nothing conveys the chaotic, incomprehensible nature of the void quite like that part of the song
I remember my friend (school band's drummer) showed me one of your videos. He laughs and looks like he has an amazing time playing just like you! Thanks for that.
@@fireball-q2actually, you are pretty correct. It is better in the sense that Purple rain is more like that calm adventurous Stage theme Then This one is more along the lines of a Energetic piece with that wonder/adventurous type theme. But Overall we all can agree, All of Chris's songs are amazing pieces.
Chris is amazing! Seriously one of my favourite artists not just in the game soundtrack space but as a whole. Check out his new song for the DLC "A Tempestuous Noise of Thunder and Lightning Heard" if you haven't already!
@@Pi-03 I promise you it really isn't It's not a bad way to play but it will always be easier to have more items and take longer than to have less items and bumrush the stages. The difficulty spikes after each teleporter and starts scaling faster as your stage number increases. You want to spend more time powering up on the earlier stages where the enemies aren't leveling up as fast, even in Eclipse.
When that solo hits, you'll know when it rains
and so
theres no risk without rain

And his music was electric
WE’RE MAKING A POLYLUTE WITH THIS ONE!

Exactly! He is such a wonderful musician! I especially love Once In a Lullaby, from the Aphelian Sanctuary level, its so so ethereal and beautiful.
Chris is such a huge part of the otherworldly vibe that the Risk of Rain games have, his music truly is an integral part of the games’ identity

HOLY SHIT I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR RISK OF RAIN 2 T8BD COVERS AND THIS POPS UP LMAO
I was looking up They Might As Well Be Dead and this popped up from a few hours ago!
Yes. That’s what happens when you search for something.
@@sand_14 I meant that the video was uploaded like a couple minutes before I searched for it
@@sand_14why don't you search for some humanity? you're clearly lacking it.
WE MIGHT AS WELL BE DEAD WITH THIS ONE 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Chris don't miss
One of my absolute favorites from ROR2. Thank you!!

Absolutely fucking INCREDIBLE
I remember when you did the Undertale Yellow music I watched every single of those videos, if you do Risk of Rain 2 music I will do it again
He has done a lot of Risk of Rain music in the past
one of my favorite songs from ROR2, absolutely smashed it
This solo is better than The Rain Formerly Known as Purple and I'll die on that hill.
yes
agreed, but the rain formerly known as purple is better as a whole imo

...con lentitud poderosa. 🗿
I disagree but I see why you think that and I can respect your opinion.
RoR2 definitely has one of my favorite soundtracks of all time man
So glad to see this song here, gotta be one of, if not my favourite songs in the OST.
This is definitely me when the rain comes
Wow this is actually insane, how good the extra drums go along with the original score, great job man
Great Song to a painful level.
All my homies love sundered grove
All my homies on that level might as well be dead
Aw man, can’t wait for him to do “Con Lentitud Poderosa”
FINALLY I GET TO SEE YOU DO SOME CHRIS CHRISTODOULOU!
RISK OF RAIN 2 MENTIONED LETS GO (Chris is my saint)
All hai the King of Drumming
RISK OF RAIN GRAAAAAH
...this song makes me want to get back to learning guitar.
One day...
I don’t know why but any time the music hits at 3:00 I just sing with the music saying “VENOM VENOM VENOM VENOOMMMMM VENOM VENOM VENOM.”
8bitdeummer on risk of rain 2? Ooh could this day get any better?
CHRIS DOES NOT MISS
I'd make a baby to this song and name him Christoff Christiansen (Goodman (my last name))
Is you first name by any chance Saul?
The Multifandom Production character development 😂😂😂
I really hope that he gets to cover "The Face Of The Deep" or "Out Of Whose Womb Came The Ice", incredible performance as always! :D
sounds like chris got into snarky puppy
So risky.. so rainy..

It's really funny that mid stream a viewer named 'Multi' made the jump when... well, if you're a ror2 player you know, lol
YEAH
Yes! This song is great!
3:42 love how that laugh is in time with the drum roll

5 minutes per stage is a myth, it's better to stick around long enough to get all the items
@@samkostka126 On the higher dificulties it can be better to rush trough it rather than to stay and gear up
