    In Japan are you required to bag your folding bike before boarding the train, or are you allowed to bring it on without a bag?

      Generally, you're required to bag the bike before boarding. I think you need to bag it even before entering the station gate

      @@hilmiiman most world maps use the Sea of Japan name. Koreans and Chinese are the only people wishing to call it something else.
