My husband and I have the Luxe Version of this mattress and it’s wonderful. We have been sleeping on it for over a year and it’s still in great condition. No dips or soft spots whatsoever. We are a mixed weight couple, he weighs 325 and I weigh 175. Just keep in mind that The less you weigh the more firm the mattress is going to feel.
My husband and I just ordered the cal king titan plus with the cooling. After a 25% off and taxes it was a little over 1300. I just have 2 quick notes/ tips... Note 1: contacting customer support = We were skeptical because there was no number to call for support but after saying so in the chat, we worked with a wonderful woman named Melisa who answered all of my questions via a phone call. Note 2: While these mattress do offer a 10yr warranty, it should be said that you MUST get a solid base (not slats) and a waterproof cover for the mattress. If there is sagging and ANY stains, your warranty could be voided. We are hopeful that this will be better than our serta ultra firm cal king 🤞🤞🤞🤞
How do you like your bed the cooling is terrible in the winter time you will climb up in bed in your bed will be frozen no support at all you sink in and can't move around with ease its a horrible bed
@@Alive_In-Christ-Jesus We have had our Titan mattress for a little over months and so far, it's AMAZING. It is just the right amount of firmness / support we were looking for. We live in florida so while I thought by having a mattress protector over the mattress would male the extra cooling cost unnecessary, it turns out that it still is relevant and we enjoy that feature living in a hot/ humid climate. Also.. I have no idea how you would be 'sinking in this mattress unless you got the one with the pillow top (I think that's called the Titan deluxe or plus or something)... we knew we wanted a firmer mattress because my husband and i are both around 300lbs so we got the cheaper version... perhaps you just bought the wrong kind.
I would've liked to hear more about how the return process works. Like... They sent a bed in a box. How do you send it back once it's expanded out? That would probably cost as much as the mattress to ship back...
Don't buy it I promise you will regret it after the 120 days bed starts sagging sinks in its terrible no edge support go spend your hard earned money on something better.
Bought one and it started sagging in the middle after only 1 week. Pretty sure it's bad quality control because every other review says that the mattress is designed to not sag. Returning ASAP
I have this bed I have the titanium plus lluxe and I don't recommend it I did a lot of research on it now I'm wondering if all these people reviewing the bed are paid to do it they probably got the bed for free this bed is terrible do not get it I should have done a review of my own and post it and I might still do it people need to know the truth don't get ripped off like I did
What don't you like about it? And if it is too firm for you, what do you weight? Other reviews have said it is pretty firm and maybe too firm if you weight less than 250 lbs.

We've had ours for two plus years. We absolutely love everything about it. We are both plus size people.
My son absolutely loves his Titan Luxe mattress!! He ordered the cool gel top and said it was well worth the extra $100.
