Christopher, thank you so much for your video! I bought the big fig about 5 weeks ago. From day one i was in a lot of hip and leg pain and one of my legs went completely numb. Sounds like we had the same experience. I tried it for 2.5 weeks like they asked me to and then they sent a 2 inch foam topper to me. I tried that for another 2 weeks and could not stand the pain anymore. I think yours is one of the only honest youtube reviews on the big fig that I have watched. I sent mine back and got the Helix Plus. From my understand, the Helix Plus and the Titan Plus Luxe are very similar. Both are owned by Brooklyn Bedding. Are you still very happy with your Titan Plus Luxe? Thank you for your video.
7 days into my Big Fig and I honestly love it. I've heard it's way too firm for lighter people, but I'm a very big dude and it feels great and my back feels sooo much better!

How the hell did you ship the bed back? Did they try to make you deflate it or did they send people ?
As a heavy person I need a 2 sided mattress, I don't like these new one- sided mattresses, its like getting a half a mattress, a mattress is meant to be flipped over to extend the life of the bed

GIVE IT YEAR..I BOUGHT MY SON A SEALY HYBRID LACEY WEIGHT LIMIT 500LBS 9 MONTHS LATER IT'S SAGGING ON BOTH SIDES...IT'S GOING BACK....HARD TO FIND A GOOD BED FOR A BIGGER PERSON...IT MIGHT BE NICE FOR A LITTLE WHILE BUT THE TRUE TEST IS AFTER A YEAR EVEN BEFORE..9 MONTHS LATE HIS BED IS SAGGING ON BOTH SIDE AND HE TURNS IT..HE WEIGHTS 348LBS..I RESEARCHED BEDS HIGH AND LOW LAST YEAR AND THOUGHT I BOUGHT THE PERFECT BED FOR HIM..NOPE BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD..SO THEN HE TRIED OUT THE SEALY HYBRID ALBANY $1800 FOR MATTRESS WITH TAX $1900...CRAZY THE PRICES...I JUST BOUGHT IT...THINK ABOUT CANCELING IT AND GETTING THE BIG FIG....THE BIG FIG HAS MORE COILS THAN SEALY I ALSO CHECKED TO QUALITY OF THE COILS ON THE BIG FIG IT SAID THEY USE HIGH QUALITY STEEL COILS...JUST TIRED OF BUYING BEDS....
