customer service sucks !!! I recieved wrong size, called cust service they refused to exchange it Until I pay the the replacement. they also refused to take it back until I wait 30 days.

I’ve slept on my DreamCloud Premiere for a month, one side of the mattress is still lower than the other. Is this normal? Will it ever even up? Perhaps the mattress was rolled in for far too long? It’s a Twin XL size. At this price range I was kind of expecting a little more honestly.

I just recently bought a DreamCloud premiere . I love the feel of the bed in the center but the sides and corners still haven’t expanded . It’s been 4 weeks . How long will it take to expand?

Interesting. most all other reviews say its firm, bouncy and not good for side sleepers? Why the difference in results here? It was my 1st choice a month ago but after reding all the reviews on this bed it's off my list for now anyways.

We think it's medium-firm, which slots as a great pick for side sleepers. Our testing team received good support around the shoulders. And the foam on the top layers make it decidedly NOT bouncy (though you won't sink into it like a memory foam bed, either).
