I don’t know if I’ve ever watched a more relatable video. I literally am laying in bed right now because of how burnt out I am over so much of the same kind of things you’re saying, and I am absolutely getting the hints of what you’re saying and I absolutely think you’re right. (I’m a diagnosed autistic)
As someone who is in the middle of being diagnosed with autism and dyslexia I can understand the small identity crisis and being separated from people and you start acting like yourself and not others, we all support you, take you time we will all be here and is someone isn’t they don’t deserve your time
You’re an inspiration for me. I have some of the same diagnoses and watching your videos gives me a sense that I’m not alone. I’m the only person in my life with most of the individual diagnoses I have let alone having all of them. Thank you for sharing your experience, it really helps me to see it.
This is such an amazing, transformative time in your life. So many people have to get used to unmasking and it takes time. We all support you! Take your time. We will be here when youre back.
As someone whos getting diagnosed with ADHD and autism i understand how you feel, it must have been such a hard decision . I wish you luck on your journey and thank you for everything you do. Take care of you cos you deserve it ❤
Dear Zara Beth, please just take care of yourself! You're not here because you're required to provide us anything. We're here for you! We love you and support you in all you do, even if you don't necessarily share it with us. I've had burnout myself, it isn't good, so if you are even just starting to feel that way, yes, please step back before it gets worse. Your health is what really matters. Keep being the sweet, wonderful woman you are, who makes this world brighter in these tough times. P. S. I got my order from your store, thank you for the goodies! 😊
as someone who was fortunate enough to have been diagnosed with autism when I was 7, I never really experienced what it was like to be an undiagnosed neurodivergent. my diagnosis has really helped me understand myself, and has helped other people understand me more, especially in education and with my family. a diagnosis doesn’t change much about you, but it does provide comfort and increases general understanding in the people around you, which can help so much. I wish you the best in your process of getting diagnosed, and good on you for recognising the burn out and taking some time for yourself.
Hey Zara, due to your health issues and your neuro-divergency you are far ahead of the curve, but you are still just a freshly hatched 18 year old. At that age nobody knows who they are or where they truly belong. It is good that you are as mature as you are and ready to figure yourself out with all the diagnoses coming your way. And try not to worry too much about it. Take whatever time you need to figure yourself out and don't stretch yourself thin and stress yourself out. I am looking forward to your homepage and your podcast and I am very curious about your book! Stay safe and sane out there!
It's important to take time for yourself, we all understand!! As a diagnosed AuDHDer, I know how difficult the unmasking journey is, and dealing with burnout makes everything that much harder. Sending all the best your way! ❤❤❤
I definitely can relate I’m also likely autistic and undiagnosed (it runs in my family) and honestly once I realized this about myself it got so much better but also kinda worse at first before I found what works for me. It’s such a process of looking back at your whole life and relationships with a different perspective and realizing all the ways you’ve suppressed your needs and shifted your personality to like you said fit in and sorta assimilate I guess. By the time I realized I wasn’t even sure who I was, but I can say that after a lot of self reflection and self care and restructuring my life it’s gotten a lot better, I don’t feel constantly upset and overwhelmed anymore and I no longer deal with SI or similar issues. Overall I think it can be a really positive thing for a lot of us 💗 also I’m excited for the podcast whenever it happens :)
You’re video’s are so relatable to me. As a autistic-fnd person it’s nice to find someone who is also struggeling with tics and so much more! Wish you all the best in you’re journey!! ❤
i would absolutely love if you could make a video with tips on being a content creator and disabled! ive been struggling with this so much and theres not really much information online with that ahah. im also taking a break right now due to burnout, trying to figure things out while staying financially stable, and its so hard. i wish the best of luck to you in your journey!! ⭐️🧡
I’m like 90% sure what diagnosis your referring to and I have it too! I’m in year 12 and currently none of my friends or classmates know about it. It’s so hard masking, it’s so hard trying to fit in. I’m so glad you’ve discovered it!
Hi Zara, as much as I love your content your health is much more important. Have a break ! Travel.....turn off your devices and soak it all up. You'll come back refreshed wth a better outlook - trust me...I know. Anyway bye for now and take care. x
We will all support your decisions and what you do, we all love you and will continue supporting you no matter what you do. We are here for you ~ one of your many loving fans :) ❤️
Thank you so much. This video really helped me. I'm a newer subscriber but I already love your content. Absolutely feel comfortable taking as much time off as you need! There is never a rush! P.S Epic shirt!
You own nothing to anyone. Take time for yourself. Finding yourself and being happy with your personhood is important. I’ve learned a lot just listening to your videos so a talking vlog sounds awesome. Take care of yourself and glad to hear your doing good.
You are really confident for spreading awareness about your diagnoses. It’s really important as many disabilities are hidden and you could walk past an ‘ordinary’ person who actually is disabled. Thank you for making people feel confident! Take a break for however long you want, and focus on what you love in life :)
I'm on the same journey as the one you're hinting at. It's a lot, to juggle life and self and responsibilities ... you're doing well! I'll miss your TH-cam videos as I find video content easier to focus on than audio, but it's fantastic that you're figuring out what's sustainable for you and I can't wait to see you share more of whatever you choose.
While it is sad that you’re taking a break, I’m very proud of you for taking one! It takes courage to say that you are, I bet others are proud of you too!! Enjoy your break and DON’T feel pressured to come back, take your time! 💜🥲
i hope you feel better soon and hope your life goes better now your taking a break and as a diagnosed neurodivergent its difficult and i hope you feel better and hope you get the life you deserve
I’m so glad you’re getting the diagnosis you need; that’s so terribly freeing. I recently got (unofficially) diagnosed with autism, and I’ve been going through the same sort of thing. It’s so amazing to hear it put into words, so just thank you, for uploading this.
As someone who is in the process of being diagnosed with autism, and has POTS, chronic illnesses, disabilities, neurodivergencies, is taking a non-traditional path in school, and is also in the LGBTQ+ community, it’s so comforting seeing a creator like me. I’m also 19 and I know what it’s like seeing all your friends go to college/university while you’re just trying to manage chronic health issues. Burnout is a huge struggle for me as well especially as someone who is high masking. What I’ve learned over the years is that mental and physical health should be prioritized above everything else and in burnout I really need to focus on the 4 essentials: sleep, exercise, food, and water. Everything like homework or jobs can wait. And of course it will look different for everyone, like exercise for me is just getting in and out of the car some days. Take care of yourself, you deserve it ❤❤❤
hi hello, i just wanted to say this video really resonated with me, i love all your videos but especially this one!! I’m also neurodivergent, I’m autistic and have tourettes too so your content is really relatable. every topic i connected too and it felt like you had said everything that was in my brain. the identity crisis is so real, glad I’m not alone on that after not being in sixthform anymore. not sure how to put into words how much this means to me, but it does and thank you!!
Zara Beth, as a follower of yours since 2020, I just want to say what a strong, smart, unique and beautiful young woman you are!! Please take the time you need to care for yourself, because you deserve a BREAK, just because you are a content creator doesn't mean that you are not entitled to time away from work, the same as anyone in any other position. Also congrats on getting the ball rolling onyo ur diagnosis!! As a fellow autistic who finished school this year I know how hard it is to not have any "inspiration" if you want to call it that, but I myself am currently in the process of finding out who I am and I feel SO SIMILAR to your struggles. Whether it takes 2 weeks,2 months or 2 years, when things change,it'll definitely be for the better! I wish you well on every journey you embark on, and I look forward to seeing your journey when you do find your happy medium on your time on social media. Also a podcast sounds like such a great idea! You could record them when you are not as tired as normal, and then when you have a schedule you can post them no matter how you feel. Its sad to hear that you won't be streaming but its understandable that you need time to better your mental health. Just remember we all love you and just want to see you happy and well!❤
I am 51 and still not sure who i am. Finding yourself is/can be a lifelong voyage. I've learned that most important is to be content with what or who you are. Not allways, but at least most of the time. Be your best and F the rest!
So generation Z are just diagnosing themselves.. don’t you guys question why so many millennials and gen z have so many mental health disorders? We still are too scared to question adolescent inoculations?
I love how you were trying to not talk about it and yet mentioned struggling to socialize, having sensory sensitivities, "if you're autistic", mimicking other people, and unmasking, about 5 minutes into the conversation. It literally made me giggle. I know that feeling all too well when you're trying SO HARD to keep something a secret but inside you're just so eager to talk about it that you start spilling all the beans without even realizing it. Been there, done that. I also love the paradox of "I need to do fewer things so that I don't burn out... I think I'll start a podcast and I'm making a website". This whole video is very relatable and I'm glad that you finally got some answers. :)
i hope you have a great break and i hope you are okay. And you don't need to stress on making videos for us, take your time. (also exited on the pod cast)
I’ve been putting a lot on my plate as way well and I can’t get my self to take a break and it sucks im so Bernt out But I’m so excited and glad that your taking care of your self have a good break excited for the stuff in the future ❤
Hello there Zara 👋 I have just become your new follower on here and I have been watching your videos which I have founded them very entertaining and relaxing for me. I really wanted to see you continuing uploading videos of whatever you decide to do. Podcast could be perfect so I can clear my mind and soul but it is your decision to do whatever you want and maybe I'll see you next year
As someone who is a few decades older and has just been diagnosed neurodivergent, you are doing a good job. The advice I’m giving my oldest is similar to what you are trying to decide. Gentle thoughts being sent your way, and mom hugs if you would like them. Oh, and I love your shirt!!!
don't worry Zara we will always be here ❤🙏🏻 i hope you find your balance, big changes in life like ending cycles and starting new ones are difficult some times, but you gonna sort that out 🙏🏻❤️, and thank you for everything, you are the best ❤
You are an utterly delightful spirit.😊 You are blooming, growing, exploring, evaluating...doing all of the things someone your age should do. Take time out to day dream... Don't rush. Give yourself all of the time & space you need to be YOU. You'll never regret it. Warnest wishes 😊🌻🌻🌻
This video was incredible relatable, please rest you deserve a break. As a neurodivergent person I completely understand the burn out and the kind of constant identity crisis that I’ve been going through the last few years. I cant wait for you podcast! And your website! Very exciting! Now enjoy your break! Don’t worry we wont be going anywhere!❤❤
Hey, Zara I'm from the States (USA). But any ways I love watching your videos when I'm down because of my mental health flare up your videos make me feel better. All I really want to say is stay strong I believe you can do it. Stay safe!
this video feels so relatable for me, im 19 and my second year out of school and its been so weird??? I wont go into it but I so relate to the like sorta crisis and feeling weird no longer being around and doing things for other people, its so weird and even though its gotten better, i still feel so so lost at times and feel like i have no idea who i am or what im doing. I wish you so much luck with your plans and hope you can get some rest and recover from the burnout
You are such a beautiful and amazing person, and i love you so much for it. You are there for people and you've helped people, people like me. You have helped with my anxiety, when i watch you when i see you it makes so happy so relieved, you are truly a angel And i hope you live a long happy live ❤ sending good vibes!
hey i got my asperger-autism diagnosis last week and im now trying to be who i am its a little weird idk why because i just felt weird my whole life but im trying to be me and who i am and not masking who im not i hope that u get ur neurodivergent diagnosis that fits to u and that u can find ur self and friends who have the same problems or hobbys like u
Everyone is weird. Some people are just more weird. Be yourself. If this doesn't mean you are going to be a bad person who hurts ppl intentionally etc, you will 100% eventually find friends that will be comfortable with you
I can definitely relate these days more than ever. I personally get overwhelmed often and need to back away for a bit. Usually just take off into the mountains for awhile far from everything. Sometimes for a few hours other times for days to weeks. Just the silence and time among nature and time away from life helps me bounce back. After some time I'm the military I ended up diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Both the anxiety and depression play hand in hand with it along with things I've been through during deployments. Some days ya just gotta back away and take care of yourself. Never feel the need to apologize for it. Ya just simply gotta now and then or you'll begin to fall apart. Don't feel any obligation towards us that you need to post. We do appreciate the update. But definitely take some time away to get some rest and for just some personal time to find who you are. I understand that side of things to. But in a different perspective. Forme it was more of just trying to fit on somewhere growing up. I wish you the very best and hope this new journey in life grants you something magnificent. I've never been to college as I enlisted in the military right after highschool. But I relate to the difficulty of having that structured environment and then one day it's gone. Can certainly complicate matters some days.
I literally loved that! Everything was awesome the way you delivered it and the I'm not sorry apologize was lovely. Thank you I can't wait to hear from you, take your time.
I’m so happy you’re taking care of yourself and finding out more about yourself, it’s not easy and you should be proud. This video is incredibly relatable! I think I do know what you’re hinting at, and I could tell because I’m in the same boat. I really truly started my journey when I was like ten, but because of some stuff I kind of ignored it, but a few months ago I started researching and recently self diagnosed, and now I’m looking into getting a professional diagnosis. It’s both scary and overwhelming, and also really good for me because I’m more willing to accommodate myself. The unmasking identity crisis is so real, I don’t really even know what’s me and what’s the mask, but I’m trying to unmask. I applaud you for having the courage to talk about this, when I started telling people I told my boyfriend first and had a panic attack telling him. (He of course is very supportive, I had nothing to worry about.) Also finding out that you are literally the last one to consider it is a weird experience is, almost everyone I know said it was so obvious. 😂 I wish you luck on this journey, take as long as you need. Much love ❤️
Zara, just to let you know that you have fans in... hmmm. Israel, thousands of miles away. You are a brave lovely girl. Wish you all the best, whatever you decide to do. I'll keep following
I'm a diagnosed autistic and epileptic. Be careful of trying to power through because autistic burnout is real. I'm starting a garden project in a couple of months which should help the constant anxiety that even good social media interaction can cause. Keeping your mind busy away from tech, outside, working hard is probably one of the best emotional energy chargers I can think of ❤️ when in doubt.. Be a plant x
Wow! We have a lot in common. I have recently realized that I am likely autistic. I have lots of chronic health diagnosis (FND, multiple TBI’s, PCOS, IBS, migraines, etc.), but even with all of those diagnoses, I still had things that didn’t make sense and autism helps explain so much for me and just fits. I am so glad you are figuring all this out 10 years before I did. And taking the time to step back and rearrange work and life so that it works uniquely for you is 100% the right way to go. I did that 2 years ago and my life got so much better. And I am in an another work transition now and am thinking of starting to make some online content to go with my business that I run. So you can always keep adjusting as you go. Don’t be afraid to try things out. If they aren’t right, they will lead you to what is next. Anyway, thanks for you videos. I am sure whatever you do will be great!
It's okay to take a break from being so busy, a mental reset is so nice. Do whatever you feel like you want too! Or do nothing if you wanna! You're very young. No need to burn yourself out working. Enjoy yourself . Your youtube is pretty big!, you can get away with doing 2 or 3 vids a month if you wanna, or less! I'd burn out too if I was editing, and managing tik tok..and other social media's all at once. Whatever is the least stressful on your health! And still keeps change in your pocket that'd be great! I'm 29 years old & idk wtf I wanna do with life. So I'm currently on a break . Enjoy yourself! Just slow down. You have manyyyyy years to figure out who you are & what you want.
Zara love your videos I'm glad you're doing what you feel like is best for you all I'm going to say is do what you need to do and what helps you we all will be here for you so don't worry about us we will be here for your thanks Zara hope you have a good day.
Thanks, hope you had a wonderful Christmas too 🎄🙂 I wish you all the best for the next year and that everything works out as you want it. Take care ✌️☺️
just found your channel and instantly love your videos, relate so much and am very inspired by your openness:) you’re not alone in the unmasking struggles (and neither am I I guess!!)
I just felt the need to say how incredibly helpful your account has been for me. I have tourettes and am currently working on getting other diagnoses and I know exactly how you feel. Your account has helped me feel normal and accepted for who I am. I’ve spent most of my life masking my TS, and since watching your videos, I feel like I can finally breathe and let the world see me for me. Thank you so so much, Zara! Take as much time as you need and get lots of rest. Your fans love you and understand 💗💗💗
Hiya, i feel for you having to go through so much at such a young age hope you get to feel better to carry on with your projects, you need to remember that you've accomplished so much more than some young people who don't even have half of your health complications. I, as a mum of two teenagers am so proud of how you have grown, I wish my two will do as well as you have. Embrace what you have accomplished do what makes you happy and stay well always look after number one (yourself) Never feel you've got to tell us everything or anything, you deserve to be you. I love watching your videos whatever the subject/content. As with any diagnosis you'll need to understand it except it (as awful as that sounds, sorry) You are an amazing young woman you have the whole world in front of you, you're only here once. Take as much time as you need to heal, reflect, understand and most of all stay strong be positive, don't take on too much always make time for yourself, time out even if its to go a sit in a field or sitting in a forest just to let your mind go blank let it relax let yourself relax. Take care of yourself Zara, i wish you all the best in your future projects, Stay strong. Love & Light xxx💜🌈💫💞
I think you are amazing hello from sc I'm disabled also & I have to be aware of how taxing simple task are to me. I love your honesty & your positivity. Thank you & take care of you, I believe you are going to discover an amazing young lady as you discover yourself. Stay unniquely amazing
As a fellow undiagnosed neruodivergent, I wish you luck on your healing. Take as much time as you need. Don't worry about us. We understand that you need time to heal, and find out who you are.
You truly inspire me Zara and I’m excited for your podcast! I’m facing a pretty bad burnout myself so any tips and tricks you’ve gotten to help heal from that as I too struggle with working more than my brain/body would like…. Hoping you’re able to find the rest you need 💙 love from Alaska
Do what you need to do, and don't be the least bit apologetic about it. Taking the time and sorting yourself out is so valuable, I'm so happy for you for taking the time and for being so self aware that way. (Also I'll have to follow you on Insta now to stay up to date! :P Hehe ) I'm really happy to hear you're taking care of yourself and making THAT the priority. By the way it's not cringey that you're figuring yourself out. I am a good deal older than you and am just revisiting this SAME thing myself, the work life balance, and who am I. You're not alone. Lots of love, do what ya need to do
when you start a podcast, i think you should make episodes like 20-30 minutes long. i really struggle with attention span so 40-60 minute episodes aren’t realistic for me to listen to but i really do want to listen to it ❤
Hi Zara this is a really brave honest and well communicated video. Just wanted to say as a 33 (!) Year old neurodivergent person, don't put pressure on yourself on finding out who you really are. Like I say I'm 33 and still unsure, it's an ongoing journey and it's OK if things are confusing for a long time and you can't quite figure bits of yourself out easily. I'm still not there but there are some things I realise I need to accept even if I fully can't understand (in part down to the neurodivergence no doubt) but it brings up a lot of trauma related to being undiagnosed for so long and being so misunderstood and treated badly as a result. People like us tend to hate uncertainty but we can't always get it, especially (ironically) things about our actual selves. But it's OK. Take as much time as you need and know you're OK, better than OK, you're a role model and inspiration to the young generation you're in. You're only 18 and you're gonna be fine. Keep in touch with yourself and with people who understand you, if you have those. Sending understanding virtual hugs ❤
Hay girl just to let you know that your the best, kind, and caring. And you may have tiks, having seshers, and passing out but your the best and I LOVE WATCHING UOU
Hi Zara I will love listening to the podcasts will it be located on your website or on Apple Music and I hope you find something you love doing.and not go into burn out.
Hi there, Just discovered your channel. Your content is amazing. You're amazing. You reminded me I need to be more selfaware of my adhd and do some self care. Thank you.
Dear Zarah, Prepare for a written ramble from an old geezer. Don't ever(never ever) feel pressured to make and release content on social media! Don't ever(never ever) feel obliged to excuse yourself to us watchers for not fullfilling what you think we want from you. Social media is not your job. Not untill YT pays you handsomely for making content (thousands of pounds a month). Your health and sanity are never (never ever) less important then whatever you do! As a hobby or as a job. Don't underestimate the good you do by making videos etc. but never allow that to be first in your mind. You've even made a lot of things much clearer for this 51 year old fat guy. Thanks a million for hat. You do you! In your own time, by your own schedule and with ample consideration for your health and sanity. Allthough we share a birthday i'm 33 years older than you and only just coming to an understanding of how important my health and sanity are. Don't let other people (or yourself, for that matter) pressure you to do things you don't want, like or can't manage. I fell into that trap when i was your age and nowadays have nothing to show for it. You're only 18 now, LIVE, LOVE, FEEL FREE and take it day by day. You don't have to live up to what you think society demands. Society doesn't give a rat's ass if you live up to (your own) demands. Your first priority should(no, IS) allways you. I want to wish you a happy birthday on our birthday for years to come on whatever social media exists in the future! Love, Jorg.
I have a friend that has or has less tourettes and its symptoms......He changed his lifestyle to eat a more healthy diet every day......works out and does strenuous physical activity at least 2-3 hours a day.........he also works 40 hours a week and concentrates on not over thinking everything. He's taking less medication than previously. He says the increased physical activity is what helps him the most. Give it a go ! ! !
Hey Zara, as an undiagnosed Autistic, I get what it feels to lose yourself in masking + go through burnout. I really hope that you can get the resources you need and take a break! YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE BREAKS 💗💗
You can suspect yourself as being autistic but until your diagnosed you can’t really call yourself autistic as much as the symptoms match up you need to get a professional diagnosis yanno (sorry if this came off as rude in any way that was not intended so I apologise for that)
@@stormebxny some people cant get a diagnosis or are in the process of diagnosis - as long as you have done lots of research, i believe (as an autistic person) that it is ok, and especially when you preface that it is undiagnosed
@@InnisND Ohh yeah thank you for explaining, I do agree with you as long as they have done research on it. So sorry for those who are in the situation where they can’t get the diagnosis n the support they need
And in the middle of being kind of in Burnout I found that everything made sense and found young people smarter and able to communicate but my brain and insides have needed for all this time
Diagnosed! 😂 Welcome to the club, no paperwork needed. It's very obvious even if you never spoke about it 😅. It makes me so happy to see someone who has 'figured out' their life so early on and has a really great plan moving forward. Look up energy accounting, though it sounds like you are already looking into it. I was really wondering about the 'tism when you mentioned using a wheelchair temporarily. I would suggest though if your body is freezing so much that you need a wheelchair to keep going I think that's a massive hint to slow down as you've over done it and burnt out. Obviously the wheelchair is good in case of emergencies but it's unlikely to be sustainable. It's taken me 35 years though to learn to stop and rest so you are doing much better than me haha. Thank you so much for sharing. Regardless of the neurodivergent labels you have, I would look into hints and tips from any neurodivergent label as they are all the same just looked at from different angles of separate research and diagnosed entry points. Also look into HSP / highly sensitive person as the origin is from someone who is HSP so it talks about the whole person rather than medical deficits. Take care 🥰
I’ve discovered I’m autistic, and I totally get what you mean. Some people struggle to find who they are without the masking. I went without a diagnosis for the first part of my life and it caused trauma. You definitely need some time to recover. Especially because of all the travelling and you finishing college that can take a toll on sensory issues. Also, certain foods and not enough sleep can effect sensory issues aswell. Discovering you might be autistic comes in stages. Anger, denial, confusion, and even grieving the childhood you never had in some cases. I kinda guessed that you might have been autistic because you talked about your OCD and it was a trait of autism( although the two can be quite similar and have traits of eachother). Take all the time you need, we’ll be here waiting. :)
I kinda had to quit college at the start of year 2 because of like sound sensitivity, and different stuff and like overwhelmed with college and being completely exhausted everyday and at some point having like meltdowns everyday, i havent got any friends and am really struggling to socialise and talk atm. So its nice to hear that im not alone, and tbh im having the same thing where im finally being myself to the best ability i can, i still judge myself n stuff but i try to let go. Im struggling to be able to go outside because of noise sensitivity and like just being anxious and like the sight of lots of people freak me out. Last time i went out to the food shops i was having a hard time and noise was really getting to me although i had ear plugs in and everything went blurry and like it felt i was on auto pilot and was about to fall to the floor crying lol. So its nice to know im not rly alone.

you are so pretty and are worth so much, you deserve the world and i’m so proud of how far you have come
You have the perfect mindset going into a gap year, things are only going to improve as you take time to grow & figure out what’s right for you!
First
Also don't worry there's no pressure to talk about everything right now
Edit: I love your content so so much i've been watching you for ages ❤
i would absolutely love if you could make a video with tips on being a content creator and disabled! ive been struggling with this so much and theres not really much information online with that ahah. im also taking a break right now due to burnout, trying to figure things out while staying financially stable, and its so hard.
i wish the best of luck to you in your journey!!
Take a break for however long you want, and focus on what you love in life :)
i rlly hope you get to relax and recover! i wish you the best
I’m autistic, and have other things, and was diagnosed ages ago. It was never a revelation to me because we all knew. You’re not alone ❤❤❤❤
Proud of you, keep going, take it one step (or roll depending on the day) at a time, you’ve got this zara
That's a lifelong journey you're on. You've got all the time you need.
While it is sad that you’re taking a break, I’m very proud of you for taking one! It takes courage to say that you are, I bet others are proud of you too!!
Enjoy your break and DON’T feel pressured to come back, take your time! 💜🥲
Looking forward to whatever you do next 🙂
Also your videos have helped me with understanding myself too 🙂
Excited for the podcast. Whatever you do is gonna be amazing, I'm sure!
Hey how are you doing Zara. I hope you are doing well. Always stay strong and keep up the amazing work you do 🙂
i hope you feel better soon and hope your life goes better now your taking a break and as a diagnosed neurodivergent its difficult and i hope you feel better and hope you get the life you deserve
omg tysm for the like that made my day!!
Take care of yourself, you deserve it ❤❤❤
fully agree and relate to this ❤ you’re not alone!!
@@Zara_Beth thank you!! ❤️
hi hello, i just wanted to say this video really resonated with me, i love all your videos but especially this one!!
I’m glad you’re on your way to unmasking. You will eventually feel so much better and more confident in the end. ❤
You are so inspirational and so strong ❤️❤❤
Take as much time as you need 🫶🏻
As a fellow undiagnosed neurodivergent, I wish you luck on your journey ❤❤
Good luck on everything Zara! Remember, everyone here (i think) is here to support you 🎉
i hope you have a great break and i hope you are okay. And you don't need to stress on making videos for us, take your time. (also exited on the pod cast)
I’ve been putting a lot on my plate as way well and I can’t get my self to take a break and it sucks im so Bernt out
But I’m so excited and glad that your taking care of your self have a good break excited for the stuff in the future ❤
Hello there Zara 👋 I have just become your new follower on here and I have been watching your videos which I have founded them very entertaining and relaxing for me. I really wanted to see you continuing uploading videos of whatever you decide to do. Podcast could be perfect so I can clear my mind and soul but it is your decision to do whatever you want and maybe I'll see you next year
Take yuor time, your health has to come first. Burnout is a very real thing for content creators, so it's good you're on top of it early
You are an utterly delightful spirit.😊
You are blooming, growing, exploring, evaluating...doing all of the things someone your age should do.
Take time out to day dream...
Don't rush. Give yourself all of the time & space you need to be YOU.
You'll never regret it.
Warnest wishes 😊🌻🌻🌻
I love you Zara do everything that makes you happy and feel good 🫶🫶🫶🫶
This video was so good! The shots were actually so epic ❤❤ also SOOOO excited for the podcast!
I've got a feeling I'm going to be in a similar situation to you in a years time, and you make me less scared for my future
You are such a beautiful and amazing person, and i love you so much for it. You are there for people and you've helped people, people like me. You have helped with my anxiety, when i watch you when i see you it makes so happy so relieved, you are truly a angel
And i hope you live a long happy live ❤ sending good vibes!
hey i got my asperger-autism diagnosis last week and im now trying to be who i am its a little weird idk why because i just felt weird my whole life but im trying to be me and who i am and not masking who im not i hope that u get ur neurodivergent diagnosis that fits to u and that u can find ur self and friends who have the same problems or hobbys like u
You are unbelievably right on all accounts Sir! And most certainly not alone in your struggle. Whishing you nothing but the best!
@@jorgwesterhoff9393 thank you so much it truly means a lot to me
Great luck to you Zara!! you are a very sweet, smart, good person and you deserve the best of everything ;-)!……
I literally loved that! Everything was awesome the way you delivered it and the I'm not sorry apologize was lovely. Thank you I can't wait to hear from you, take your time.
I’m autistic since born I watch the entire video good luck and I’m just gonna say just know speaking for everybody hopefully we support
(He of course is very supportive, I had nothing to worry about.)
Also finding out that you are literally the last one to consider it is a weird experience is, almost everyone I know said it was so obvious. 😂
I wish you luck on this journey, take as long as you need.
Thanks, hope you had a wonderful Christmas too 🎄🙂
I wish you all the best for the next year and that everything works out as you want it.

Get a diagnosis before you use that term please
You truly inspire me Zara and I’m excited for your podcast! I’m facing a pretty bad burnout myself so any tips and tricks you’ve gotten to help heal from that as I too struggle with working more than my brain/body would like….
Hoping you’re able to find the rest you need 💙 love from Alaska
zaras videos are getting so well put together
i’m so happy people are noticing my editing skills improving😌😎
"apologies for the lack of uploads last week - actually i'm not, i was taking care of myself"
I LOVE THAT YES 😂
finally prioritising myself and trying to stop being a people pleaser and chronic-apologiser 🤣
@@Zara_Beth going through that myself and it feels good when you finally realize
Lots of love, do what ya need to do
Hear hear!
when you start a podcast, i think you should make episodes like 20-30 minutes long. i really struggle with attention span so 40-60 minute episodes aren’t realistic for me to listen to but i really do want to listen to it ❤
That's the plan! I prefer shorter ones too, i’ve only even listened to 15-20 minute podcasts🤣
Can I just say u r the prettiest person in the whole world❤❤❤
Thanks you so much for this video ♡ Take care
Im really excited for the diagnosis content as i have a suspicion that i may be adhd and want to get a diagnosis but worried what it will be like
I love this video! it is so relatable and a very similar thing is happening to me at the moment
Hi there,
Just discovered your channel. Your content is amazing. You're amazing.
You reminded me I need to be more selfaware of my adhd and do some self care.
Thank you.
Hi Zara I totally agree with @aaranjimmy we are here for you. So please just take care of yourself ❤️ love you and pray the best for you 😘
Dear Zarah, Prepare for a written ramble from an old geezer.
Love, Jorg.
So proud yes rest is so vital
I have a friend that has or has less tourettes and its symptoms......He changed his lifestyle to eat a more healthy diet every day......works out and does strenuous physical activity at least 2-3 hours a day.........he also works 40 hours a week and concentrates on not over thinking everything. He's taking less medication than previously. He says the increased physical activity is what helps him the most. Give it a go ! ! !
Hey Zara, as an undiagnosed Autistic, I get what it feels to lose yourself in masking + go through burnout. I really hope that you can get the resources you need and take a break! YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE BREAKS 💗💗
don't call yourself Autistic until you get a diagnosis.
Senior citizen undiagnosed very alone autistic❤ your words and thoughts resonate with me greatly❤
And in the middle of being kind of in Burnout I found that everything made sense and found young people smarter and able to communicate but my brain and insides have needed for all this time
Wow a youtube video hasn't had such a profound effect on me in a LONG time...
Take care of yourself Zara
It is ok to not be ok. Take the time you need to heal and prio things that you want to do.
Zara you've got this! It will get better. Keep fighting. ❤
As a neurodivergent myself I love this channel
your videos make me feel less alone
OFF TOPIC: I love your mushroom earrings and your jewelry- you know what? I love your whole personality and looks, taste!
aw thank you!! i made them 🙃💕
