Mark, you articulate your explanations so spot-on. You have been my number one backup in quelling arguments I have had with some shooters in my long range lessons I teach new students that have picked up and twisted something from an article they've read or video that they watched. Can't thank you enough for your years of testing and divulging your fact-finding to your viewers.

Of the dozen or so built rifles I own that range from 6mm/.243’s up to .338 Lapua Magnums, I always circle back to the .300 Winchester Magnum. I have a few, but my shooter is a Remington Model 700 with a simple blueprinted action, with a Remage style 27” 1:9 twist Sendero contour Crown Ridge Barrel Works tube, in a Magpul chassis. Quality loading components are just easier to come across, good brass doesn’t cost a fortune, and high BC bullets (I shoot 225 grain Hornady ELD’s with a G1 of .777). Anyway, as for magnums, I truly believe it’s the sweet spot, even favoring it over the beloved 7mm Remington Magnum. I still love the different challenges that each cartridge comes with to make them perform. Love the channel.
I loved my 300 Winchester Magnum. I wish I never sold it. But a buddy wanted to dip a toe into long range and I wanted a CZ Shadow 2. But my 338 Lapua Magnum is a hoot as well. I might have to get another 300 Winchester Magnum. Maybe a Bergara.
Thank you for another great video. I'm running a 30-06 in a MDT ESS chassis - one of the small 'fellas', but then again, I haven't been shooting that much ELR. Personally I would go for a 7 mm or a 6.5 CM over a .300 WM, due to running costs and, shall we say, ease of use. I guess it comes down to personal preferences.

Thank you for another great chat and presentation. My mind was already pretty set on a 300PRC due to the good choices in factory rifles with heavy 26” barrels and faster rate of twist than on factory 300WM offerings. After watching your discussion from today, my decision is firm. Choosing a factory rifle leaves more money in the budget for the optic.
The twist rate on the 300 PRC is advantageous if you’re shooting 245 grain plus projectiles, if not, it’s a non issue. Personally, I love the efficiency you get with the 300 WSM. You will be using 3 to 4 grains less powder to achieve the same velocities. At present, more of availability of brass, and ammo. I also love you can get a Winchester M70 All Weather in stainless, which is not cheap, but the best quality rifle you can get for the money. IMO. @@falba1492 I need to shop what is available in South Africa. Buying another rifle and then replacing a barrel is not practical in this market. Firstly, if I was to buy the rifle today, I'll be lucky if the South African Police Service has accepted my application and motivation and then issued my firearm license in a year. Let us thus assume that I am lucky and in July 2022, I get my rifle, the process of replacing a barrel is likely just as long. Therefore, once the license on the new barrel is issued, I can take it to a gunsmith for the necessary replacement. In a perfect world, I will have a heavy contour barrel on the alternative rifle in the second half of 2023 - if I am lucky. Then getting back to what is available in our market. Yes, you can buy a 300WSM over here, in very limited offerings and on average at least double the cost of a .300PRC which already has a heavy profile barrel. And will work in the ELR application that I want to compete in South Africa. If I was not in this market, I would have considered something substantially larger than one of the indicated chamberings.
@@heinrichstoltz1356 - Now I understand you’re predicament. I was considering a 300 PRC build two years ago, with Bergara’s custom shop here in the US. But then I purchased a new old stock Steyr in 300 H&H, and didn’t really feel the need for the 300 PRC. I would not be shooting ELR, and if I was going to use 250 grain projectiles, I’d do that in my 338 Win Mag.
Cheers from Canada. I’m no ELR shooter but do enjoy seeing how far I can plink at things and more importantly am a hunter - for me I don’t think I’d ever pull the trigger on a living breathing animal beyond 600 yards for ethical reasons regardless of ability, maybe I’ll feel differently in the future but the way I see it time of flight starts to matter and animals can move unpredictably increasing the odds of a cruel, not swiftly fatal, wound. But for just pure long range shooting for the fun of it I love your channel. As a hunter, shooter, handloader, and all around rifle looney, 30 caliber magnums remain my favourite all purpose cartridges. They really do hit a sweet spot of being manageable to shoot proficiently from a rifle that isn’t necessarily too heavy to lug around all day, have trajectories that are hard to match with the bigger bores, and hit with an authority and penetration ability on large game that the 7mms and smaller calibers simply do not.
For my hunting and long range capable rifle I went with .300 win mag for all the reasons you cited. It just works. Handloads with a 225 eld m at 2800 or so are about the max capability possible with its 10 twist, a savage 111 long range hunter model. Another rifle that I’ve got my eye on is the browning max long range model, it’s a .300 RUM that comes with an 8 twist right from the factory! That’s gonna be very hard to beat. And don’t count out the old .300 weatherby - Peterson makes brass for it now.
Shot a lot of ELR here in Europe with people using 300 RUM (some countries had caliber restrictions) - I've seem them shoot awesomely out to 2500 yards. But I must say more and more people are up-gunning over the last few years, with the 300 and 338 Norma becoming popular and of course the 375/408 CheyTac and 416 Barrett. The latest fashion seems to be the 33XC and 37XC.
Always been impressed by my 300 WSM . Never had a chance to stretch it out to those kind of yardages. Maybe someday I'll get that chance. Thanks for the video. Be safe.
Thank you very much for your insight! I'm looking at learning ELR and want to start with an off the shelf option, then build a custom as I become proficient. This explains very well a good thought process to build from. Cheers! Subscribed and Bit of Support sent. Keep up the great work
My name is Greg Weatherby (no relation to Roy 😊) but everything you have said? You took the words out of my mouth ..love the work sam and your self do ✌️
Cheers for another great video, very informative and thought out! I'm running a 30-06 with 190 SMKs and having fun shooting it to 1k (about as far as I can get across the pasture)
A man once said “use enough gun” can’t remember who, perhaps Elmer Kieth? Great content and consideration for budget. A good friend of mine, sadly gone, used to say that expensive gear does not compensate for bad marksmanship. He was my pistol shooting mentor and a fine rifleman.
Really enjoyed this video. Sometimes I think the manufacturers create new cartridges (that perform nearly identically to already existing cartridges) simply from a business perspective.
7mm norma mag would be my ultimate ELR rifle with a 30" barrel. I think it would be able to have decent barrel life while sending 195s down range at 3200 fps which wouldn't even go transonic on tell about 2300-2400 yards. I haven't maxed out my 7 rem mag yet so just going to work with what I have. Cheers and great video.
You should get some Peregrine Bullets, Its made here in South Africa. More of our ELR shooters is switching over to the Peregrine Glider Range Master bullets. Would like to see you test them and your thoughts on it.
Based on bolt face and capacity I think that 30 nosler would be the ticket. Loaded out to 3.6 it would probably run with the Norma and on a standard magnum bolt face
Good information I like your information because you actually do the ELR so I call that very good information love watching you shoot gives me hope I can’t even lay on a mat no more much less get up but it’s just like me watching you with me there my heavy rifles my grandson has to take to shooting room for me lol so I can clean them lol I can shoot off a bench if he helps me sit and get back up thanks for the videos you and Sam make to bring the info to the shooting sports
Without serous recoil mitigation, 54r/30-06 is as high as it goes when it comes to realistic shooting. 300 win mag is already too much. To me if I can't shoot 40 rounds in one session without destroying my shoulder, then it's a no go cartridge.
@@SGTvolcan where I'm at it's impossible to find the distance to shoot standard 30 cals, much less magnums. That's why I gave up. There is simply no range to do any sort of standard distance shooting, it's just a waste of powder.
@@BigSmartArmed I feel ya, i bought an AR-15 a few months ago and the only range where i live goes out to 50 yards at max. I'm going to have to chat up with some farmers to be allowed to shoot on their land to really get a use out of my 16" barrel AR. But Rail guns are just awesome, kinda like an eco friendly electric gun.
Thankyou Amazing how a 50 ish year old round is still right up the new kids bum (300 prc) with all the current tech available now Go figure lol Im still going to look at Prc for next one though Cheers Rob
Not that I know much but I figure the idea of PRC rounds is for the guy who wants to buy an off the shelf precision rifle and wants an off the shelf precision round to go with it - thereby saving hand loading but still getting a good taste, albeit of the lower portion of extreme range.
Have you folks looked at the 225 grain ELD-M in a 308? Lots and lots of drop, but it seems to be one of those bullets that can stay supersonic for a very long time in a 308.
Hi Mark. I’m so glad you are doing some work on the 300 WSM. I am waiting for mine to come through the onerous licensing process we have in South Africa. Your views correspond well to my own research on the calibre rifle. A good mid range all rounder which can be used for hunting and target shooting. I will be doing both in a factory 24” barrel with hand loading. 2000 yards sounds like a good benchmark to work towards. Looking forward to more videos on the 300WSM.
I love the 300 Winchester Magnum. I might have to buy another one after selling my Savage to a buddy. I wish I never sold that gun. It was super accurate.
I’m in the middle of setting up the .300 RUM I’ve been waiting on my barrel for months finally getting it next week it’s going on a rem 700 action it’s 1.25” for 6” then straight taper to 1.15” @ 33” 1-8 twist so I’ll be ordering one of your 4 port muzzle breaks for the front the biggest threads we can squeeze on there so I’m getting excited to start loads development
Original 7.62mm smokeless powder calibers were selected primarily to facilitate MG requirements, with logistical compatibility to battle rifles. ELR is an entirely different field of application, there are no terminal ballistics requirements, a hit is a score. To me shooting a cartridge with more energy then 54R/30-06 is a pain.
I can’t stand a belted case. I have a 358 Norma mag. I love everything about it but the belted case. With that said, I’ve gone with a 300 PRC and a 300 Norma Mag improved. I think both are amazing cartridges. I think the 300 PRC is probably the best of the shelf setup you can get these days. Mine is a Seekins, shoots well under 1/2 MOA at 400 yards, and I’ve only done seating depth testing, not charge testing. Thanks for the video, it’s good info for sure!
Always enjoy hearing your views on this Mark. My local range only goes to 600 yards but precision is fun so just for the heck of it I've built up 4 rifles for it. One in 223, one in 6.5 Grendel, one in 308, and the last is 300 Win Mag. All able to stay on the 3 inch gong at 600 which is a wonderfully fun game to play.
And for even more extremes, how about a .300 version of either the 7.92 X 94 German anti-tank or even more so the longer Polish version at 107 mm. Probably just enough barrel life to get it sighted in - but what horsepower!
Takes a .30cal cannon to run really high BC bullets. 6.5mm bullets give higher BC so much "easier". I'm running a 308Win to 1120m but it's pushing it... 6.5CM, PRC or 7mm SAUM is the way to go, imo.
@@markandsamafterwork agreed. I'm very impressed with your 300WSM setup. In general, .30 cal bullets are cheaper and more readily available too. In my country anyway.
I have watched and enjoyed your ELR shoots with the 300wm and 7mm rem mag. My 300wm (hunting, not an ELR rig) will be finished in August - can't wait. You have given me confidence that I made the right choice for LR hunting and some sport shooting - AZ, USA. I seriously doubt I could come close to hitting targets as far away as you are able to hit. BUT.... why not try?
Great analysis. I wonder if you guys are going to test the new AMP press. I am wondering how this new tool can translate to ELR. We have some guys that are going to test it for F class but we need one for the ELR ambassadors of the community lol
@@markandsamafterwork haha that's what I said. It would be great if we can crowd source something or if those blokes in NZ can send you a unit to test sometime in the future. Cheers
Mark, I recently watched a related video of yours reviewing/testing Warner Tool Flatline bullets. I have a set of these bullets for my .308 but I also have a set of Alco Bullets. I have found a fair number of Flat Line bullet tests and reviews here on TH-cam, I have trouble finding good Alco Bullet tests. They are also a precise machined bullet with very high BCs (I just received a box of 175gr 308 bullets from them with a listed BC1 of .707). The Alco's LOOK good but I have concerns about them, especially from the perspective of loading from a magazine. They have needle sharp extended tips (made of non-hardened steel so they are NOT AP) that can actually puncture your fingers if you aren't careful with them. Where Warner Tools indicates they determine their BC via doppler radar over the full flight path of the bullets, Alco doesn't specify how they measured theirs. I'd love to see you check them out and see 1) are the BCs accurate?; and 2) can they be safely fed via magazine? On #2 I wonder because I am not yet sure you could even load them to magazine length with their LONG needle nose, and I also wonder if that sharp tip would be damaged by the feed ramp as you chamber it from a magazine, which could totally screw up the ballistics or, certainly, their accuracy.
Excellent info. Coming from the 6mm Dasher world, I would love to shoot something bigger. If for just the opportunity to try something new. Thanks once again.
From all this I guess it boils down to, what ever 30 cal you have stick to it as there is little gain in changing to another. For me 300WinMag is powerful enough to do the same job and all the components are easily and economically available. More so than many of the others. Can’t imagine where a 30-378 has significant ability over a 300WinMag in outcome except in the cost of running and firearm availability’s
Super Heavy, 300wsm in a long action with a brake or suppressor. Hopefully you can spot your shots if it’s heavy enough. The long action will allow you to set out 200 ish VLDs out past short action mag length near 3000 fps. 28” 1-9 heavy barrel
Your .300 WSM load looks to be considerably longer than the .308 Win. Are you running the WSM in a true short action, or are you running it in a standard length action with some freebore so you can seat the longer bullets out further and not take up so much case capacity?
Thankyou for a great video. Just out of curiosity, between the 300 win mag and a 7 mm rem mag which would you choose if you could only have one? Or between the 300 rum and the 30-378 weatherby which would you choose if you could only have one?
Have you tried Alco bulletsfor ELR? I can only get the bullet out to 1500m with them and they seem very consistent in design, length, and weight. I'm just curious if they could have an advantage over some of these bullets that can be inconsistent ojive or grain weight.
As much as I enjoy your channel, I'm not in your league. COULD I be? Who knows? Truth be told, I'm not likely to put in that much work. Yes, I have a .300WM, but I have a soft spot in my heart for probably the most underappreciate cartridge there is... The venerable .30-06
As someone who is just getting into long (longer, definitly not ELR yet) range shooting how do you feel about belted vs non-belted magnums. There seems to be a lot of opinions saying to stay away from belted magnums based on alot of theoretically downsides and yet no one seems to have actually experienced them. Is modern case design really a huge improvement or is it just typical internet BS?

Cheers
Shot a lot of ELR here in Europe with people using 300 RUM (some countries had caliber restrictions) - I've seem them shoot awesomely out to 2500 yards. But I must say more and more people are up-gunning over the last few years, with the 300 and 338 Norma becoming popular and of course the 375/408 CheyTac and 416 Barrett. The latest fashion seems to be the 33XC and 37XC.
Cheers
Always been impressed by my 300 WSM . Never had a chance to stretch it out to those kind of yardages. Maybe someday I'll get that chance. Thanks for the video. Be safe.
Cheers Tim, thanks
Thank you very much for your insight! I'm looking at learning ELR and want to start with an off the shelf option, then build a custom as I become proficient. This explains very well a good thought process to build from. Cheers! Subscribed and Bit of Support sent. Keep up the great work
Thanks Man, awesome, glad you liked, Cheers

Cheers for another great video, very informative and thought out! I'm running a 30-06 with 190 SMKs and having fun shooting it to 1k (about as far as I can get across the pasture)

A man once said “use enough gun” can’t remember who, perhaps Elmer Kieth? Great content and consideration for budget. A good friend of mine, sadly gone, used to say that expensive gear does not compensate for bad marksmanship. He was my pistol shooting mentor and a fine rifleman.
Thanks Paul, Cheers
Very much informations, thank you. Chears

Really enjoyed this video. Sometimes I think the manufacturers create new cartridges (that perform nearly identically to already existing cartridges) simply from a business perspective.
Yep, lol, Cheers
nicely done, shot a 300wm for 30 years, went to 6.5 cm been considering 6.5 prc or 300 prc. found this video useful.
Thanks Dale, Cheers

I'm going the WSM route. Good velocity in the 190-215 gr range and more efficient from hand loaders point of view.
Awesome, Cheers
when I read the title I instantly said to myself 300win mag
Cheers
So did I. But I also thought, " Mark will praise the 300PRC ", and now I really really want one! 😊
Cheers
Horsepower all the way 💪 🐎
Cheers
You should get some Peregrine Bullets, Its made here in South Africa. More of our ELR shooters is switching over to the Peregrine Glider Range Master bullets. Would like to see you test them and your thoughts on it.
Cheers
Based on bolt face and capacity I think that 30 nosler would be the ticket. Loaded out to 3.6 it would probably run with the Norma and on a standard magnum bolt face
Cheers
Great video! Liked the comparisons and the "preferable 30 cal rounds" as compared from small, medium and large.
Cheers
Good information I like your information because you actually do the ELR so I call that very good information love watching you shoot gives me hope I can’t even lay on a mat no more much less get up but it’s just like me watching you with me there my heavy rifles my grandson has to take to shooting room for me lol so I can clean them lol I can shoot off a bench if he helps me sit and get back up thanks for the videos you and Sam make to bring the info to the shooting sports
Thanks Man, glad you like them, Cheers and all our best.
When someone asks me what's the kinetic energy of my 7.62x54R 203g softpoint. I'll respond 4 and a half horse power.
Lol, Cheers
Without serous recoil mitigation, 54r/30-06 is as high as it goes when it comes to realistic shooting. 300 win mag is already too much. To me if I can't shoot 40 rounds in one session without destroying my shoulder, then it's a no go cartridge.
@@BigSmartArmed That's why we need rail guns to become a civilian hunting fab.
Thankyou
Amazing how a 50 ish year old round is still right up the new kids bum (300 prc) with all the current tech available now
Go figure lol
Im still going to look at Prc for next one though

Thanks Rob, glad you liked, Cheers
Well in factory vs factory rifles, the PRC is definitely ahead. Now custom vs custom they are nearly identical
Not that I know much but I figure the idea of PRC rounds is for the guy who wants to buy an off the shelf precision rifle and wants an off the shelf precision round to go with it - thereby saving hand loading but still getting a good taste, albeit of the lower portion of extreme range.
@@ThePaulv12 Yes that's pretty much it, even though reloading is an excellent idea anyway.
@@joshjamesguitar A bit like the non rock climber that pays to climb Everest LOL.
I built a 300 rum damn good shooting rifle I don't reload so cost to run was expensive sold the rifle and went back to 300 win mag
As said, reloading is a key to at least some of this, Cheers
Thanks for another great video!!!

Have you folks looked at the 225 grain ELD-M in a 308? Lots and lots of drop, but it seems to be one of those bullets that can stay supersonic for a very long time in a 308.
no, Cheers
Thanks Wynand, yes runs well, glad you liked, cheers and all the best
As always superb video!
Cheers Rob, thanks
I love the 300 Winchester Magnum. I might have to buy another one after selling my Savage to a buddy. I wish I never sold that gun. It was super accurate.
Cheers Bill, thanks
Great video, I appreciate your opinion.
Thanks Man, Cheers
I’m in the middle of setting up the .300 RUM I’ve been waiting on my barrel for months finally getting it next week it’s going on a rem 700 action it’s 1.25” for 6” then straight taper to 1.15” @ 33” 1-8 twist so I’ll be ordering one of your 4 port muzzle breaks for the front the biggest threads we can squeeze on there so I’m getting excited to start loads development
Awesome, great to hear Tim, Cheers
Great info Mark Thanks
Thanks Dave
300PRC, or 30SM if you like it.

Looking forward to seeing the wsm at ULR. Great job you guys 👍👍
Few months yet, but coming, Cheers
@@markandsamafterwork can’t wait 👍
I like the 300 weatherby. Had a lot of luck with it at elr.
Awesome, Cheers
Original 7.62mm smokeless powder calibers were selected primarily to facilitate MG requirements, with logistical compatibility to battle rifles. ELR is an entirely different field of application, there are no terminal ballistics requirements, a hit is a score. To me shooting a cartridge with more energy then 54R/30-06 is a pain.
Cheers
I can’t stand a belted case. I have a 358 Norma mag. I love everything about it but the belted case. With that said, I’ve gone with a 300 PRC and a 300 Norma Mag improved. I think both are amazing cartridges. I think the 300 PRC is probably the best of the shelf setup you can get these days. Mine is a Seekins, shoots well under 1/2 MOA at 400 yards, and I’ve only done seating depth testing, not charge testing. Thanks for the video, it’s good info for sure!
Cheers
Like Allways very informative
Cheers Stan, thanks
Great video, thank You !
Has anyone here rebarreled an FN SPR to a 300 WSM ?
Cheers, and ask your gunsmith.
.300 Wby is hard to beat also,it saw some millitary use . Especially by the Argentine commandos for areas with hard wind, rough terrain use.

@@markandsamafterwork The 300wby always outperformed the 300winmag in the old days at 1000yds benchrest. Usually with 220SMK.
Excellent video. 👍👍

Awesome, Cheers
Id say for the avg and budget id say 308 for cheap for mid 300 weatherby mag and for any price range 30-378 weatherby
Cheers
Thanks, but I'll stick with the " baby " .308 Win............if you know its limit !!
Yep, Cheers
And for even more extremes, how about a .300 version of either the 7.92 X 94 German anti-tank or even more so the longer Polish version at 107 mm. Probably just enough barrel life to get it sighted in - but what horsepower!
Lol
Takes a .30cal cannon to run really high BC bullets. 6.5mm bullets give higher BC so much "easier". I'm running a 308Win to 1120m but it's pushing it... 6.5CM, PRC or 7mm SAUM is the way to go, imo.
As said, more about the conditions and the terrain....Cheers
@@markandsamafterwork agreed. I'm very impressed with your 300WSM setup. In general, .30 cal bullets are cheaper and more readily available too. In my country anyway.
What about the 300 Weatherby Magnum, Nosler makes a 210 gr Long Range Accubond factory load for it that shoots very well.
In the mix, Cheers
I have watched and enjoyed your ELR shoots with the 300wm and 7mm rem mag. My 300wm (hunting, not an ELR rig) will be finished in August - can't wait. You have given me confidence that I made the right choice for LR hunting and some sport shooting - AZ, USA. I seriously doubt I could come close to hitting targets as far away as you are able to hit. BUT.... why not try?
Cheers Allen thanks
Great analysis. I wonder if you guys are going to test the new AMP press. I am wondering how this new tool can translate to ELR. We have some guys that are going to test it for F class but we need one for the ELR ambassadors of the community lol
Thanks Pazazi, no plans at this stage, my calibrated figure tips work well for the moment, lol, Cheers

On #2 I wonder because I am not yet sure you could even load them to magazine length with their LONG needle nose, and I also wonder if that sharp tip would be damaged by the feed ramp as you chamber it from a magazine, which could totally screw up the ballistics or, certainly, their accuracy.
th-cam.com/video/Vw3iTTLxSNU/w-d-xo.html
I’ll stick with my Lazzeroni 308 Warbird
Got any videos of it? Just curious.
Cheers
Excellent info. Coming from the 6mm Dasher world, I would love to shoot something bigger. If for just the opportunity to try something new. Thanks once again.
Cheers Jerry, thanks
From all this I guess it boils down to, what ever 30 cal you have stick to it as there is little gain in changing to another. For me 300WinMag is powerful enough to do the same job and all the components are easily and economically available. More so than many of the others. Can’t imagine where a 30-378 has significant ability over a 300WinMag in outcome except in the cost of running and firearm availability’s
Cheers
And how about an .30 4AW???
Plenty of good ones already, we don't need to get on the new cartridge band wagon, lol, Cheers
Super Heavy, 300wsm in a long action with a brake or suppressor. Hopefully you can spot your shots if it’s heavy enough. The long action will allow you to set out 200 ish VLDs out past short action mag length near 3000 fps. 28” 1-9 heavy barrel
Cheers
Are y'all going to do a 6.8 Western build? Also what's your thoughts on that round
No time soon, we'll stick with the 270win for testing the 6.8mm pills, Cheers
Just no
Where would the 338 win mag fit if it was in the equation
Not a 30 cal and has less power than the 300win mag, look it up...
Great explanation of this subject. Thanks
Cheers Man, thanks

Hi mark what cartridge would you use if cost, recoil, noise ect wasn’t an option. What’s the biggest baddest cartridge you can could set up in aus?
Well biggest and baddest is not the best, but beyond that, you will have wait for that video, Cheers
Your .300 WSM load looks to be considerably longer than the .308 Win. Are you running the WSM in a true short action, or are you running it in a standard length action with some freebore so you can seat the longer bullets out further and not take up so much case capacity?
This is for ELR, and yes as a rule we run the throats forward for such duties, in displayed, all rounds are set up to optimum spec, Cheers
Thankyou for a great video. Just out of curiosity, between the 300 win mag and a 7 mm rem mag which would you choose if you could only have one? Or between the 300 rum and the 30-378 weatherby which would you choose if you could only have one?
Sorry, no more to say than said, lol, Cheers
Where is the 300 weatherby?
Lol, we don't have one, Cheers
Have you tried Alco bulletsfor ELR? I can only get the bullet out to 1500m with them and they seem very consistent in design, length, and weight. I'm just curious if they could have an advantage over some of these bullets that can be inconsistent ojive or grain weight.
Haven't tried, sorry, Cheers
