The issue is riots inability to have ANY codingskill at all.
I had the same thing happen to me as Brair when I had hemomancer, except I still took damage from the fire and essentially just didn’t get a revive.
I also got teleported to that spot as Brand without hemomancer after getting resurrected by my friend in the Lilypad map, and died to zone.
Breh i'm just found that phenomenal evil still give you stack when we deal dmg on illaoi E in lobby

The augment that converts AD to AP causes Janna to lose AP if she has the augment. In the case of Aqua Flux, converting AP to AD causes you to lose AD.
Ivern's bush causes an ally or enemy to gain damage, making it a very bad skill in the arena.
Ability haste on skills with two instances, like Renata's Q, means that when it hits, you don't benefit from 200 ability haste from the augments. (There is another champion, but I forgot which one.)
2nd point also applies for Vex's passive debuff when an ennemy uses a dash/blink. In arena, sometimes it applies on Vex's ennemies (normal), sometimes it applies on ALLIES (NOT normal) and not ennemies. Another bug are the health bar thresholds for abilities like urgot's R. Sometimes, the threshold doesn't appear on the health bar, making it more difficult to know when to use it.
Another 2-instances spell is Swain's E btw
The other ability haste champion is amumu, you always have to wait 3s for your second stack no matter what.
lux has 2 cast too, and the augments set 0.5s to her second E
that happened to me but in a different way. I was playing corki, had hamstringer and got teleported right after my teammate res'd me, still ended up dying to the ring

I had this Olaf bug happen in my game but he never won a round, you just somehow win the round against him when of your team member dies.which is even more spaghetti than this cuz idk how that would make sense
