You did save money at Costco though. The 5 dozen eggs for $16 at Costco is a smoking deal. They are over $6 dollars a dozen pretty much everywhere right now.
I keep hearing people say how insanely expensive eggs are everywhere so I guess I should consider myself lucky that a dozen eggs is still under $3 here

Here in England uk I pay £1.85 for 15 eggs which is kinda cheap. It works out at $2.27 but some things over here are cheaper in the states.

I wondered why you even did go to Costco and then go to Wegmans and buy all that groceries and junks and say "I forgot to buy this at Costco?" haha .... I think you could totaly buy ALL your stuff from Costco ... ALSO --- your garage shelves seem packed...everything is put on top of each other, like someone else mentioned.... eat from your pantry / garage shelves.... from your fridge and freezer
People really don’t realize how import it is to have back stock in case of emergencies especially with a large family. Did y’all learn nothing from Covid?

Pots, pans, platters, mixing bowls, etc., etc.

Dish soap can also be used for cleaning and she’s got a ton of people to clean up after.

Alisha, if you guys are doing Argentina for your around the world night, you need to get Jicama, which would be in the produce area. Jicama is like a mild radish you would slice it up and dip it in a sauce

We save money grocery shopping by going to discount grocery stores like grocery outlet, sharp shopper and Aldi. The rest at Walmart pretty much. There is a family owned chain of grocery stores here called Karns. They offer fresh meat by the pound. They are well known for there meat and prices each week. I do alot of price comparison and just try to remember what is cheaper where.
I would love if she did an Aldi haul. I bet her bill would be lower, maybe? I know you can't everything there but they are good for basics.

The movement is coming of people calling out family vloggers for what they are, attention seeking money hungry adults who use their children to make money, and I hope it comes for you hardest. How dare you share such personal info like your adoptive child being upset his bio parents didn't come to his bday party? Were you so afraid that someone would see him angry and assume you did something wrong that you had to clear their air, despite maybe that making their trauma worse and taking away their privacy to go through these difficult things alone? So that says your fear of being judged trumped their need for space and privacy. That's called selfishness. You didn't HAVE to answer that person's question. You didn't HAVE to disclose such private sensitive info with internet strangers. But you did. And i honestly hope TH-cam bans family vlogging because no child should feel like their own home is also a stage for a big performance for the family TH-cam show. But especially not kids who have been through the foster care system and likely a lot of trauma. Us strangers do not deserve to hear about their trauma. Put the camera down and think about those kids.

Re exercise equipment, if the machines will be accessible to everyone, it might be good to find models with robust child safety settings and good ratings for durability. Also, I wonder if there are dumbbells that can be locked up to keep the littles from accessing them and dropping them on toes, etc.
Our Costco 5 dozen is also $15.99. & that's cheap at $3.20 doz. Reg grocery is $4 - $10 each dozen.
possibly hard to question if you've save money when you've purchased crab legs, 10 pounds of turkey breast and 5 family bags of M&Ms for 14 people (1/2 being children)
Crazy thought, why not wash your forks and spoons and cups so you're not constantly using single use plastics....?

Hornel chili with no beans
Mixed with cream cheese in a crock pot one cream cheese to one can of chili
You use scoop chips or ritz crackers so good

Great haul! Haven’t been to Costco (but looks amazing)as I’m not a member plus I’m too far away from one where I am.
Just curious why you didn't finish your shopping at Costco because a lot of the items that you're getting at Wegmans would have been cheaper at Costco
Just curious which items you think? I have not been a member for a while. But I do always feel like if I go to one place for a good deal then I just miss out on a deal on something else...and I can't go to multiple stores to cater to each item.

Maybe you should invest in a Go Pro camera so that you can wear your camera and have 2 hands free to pick stuff up.......just a suggestion.
I am from Argentina 🇦🇷 and you should try the dulce de leche, is sweet and it is made from milk. You can use it as dessert for example use in muffins, cookies or cake.

I'm from Europe and never been to U.S. so I'm quite curious regarding the size of everything sold in the U.S. supermarkets. Is it normal that everything is sold in giant amounts? Or does this only counts for the supermarkets like Wegmens she chooses to go to? Like, 1 box of cereal like in this video would last me and my family like a month 😅
It really depends on the store. Larger chains often have larger packages available. Yes, those cereal packages were absolutely massive because she was at a special bulk foods store.
Costco is a bulk store so you get a lot for your buck. In regular grocery stores we have some bigger things as well but usually not as big as Costco

Goodmorning, I'm here to say to you that you are a Awesome, Wonderful and courageous Person and Mother you just very much have your Ducks in a row with taking care of your family I'm sure it is a very big Challenge on a everyday basis but Girl you are right on top of it you don't need a outside full-time job you already have that at home and you have one of the most rewarding and very responsible job as a Mother in the end your children will recognize that you were the best Mom to all of them that you could be your memory is amazing on each of the children what they like and don't like to eat but yet you make sure that they eat healthy, I'm impressed to say the least, on their birthdays you are so down with what they want and tend to their needs as well to make each of them to feel special on their special day.

Hi there, I’m a mum of five but suffer from a long term chronic pain disorder and rely a lot on my fabulous hubby to pick up the pieces, I used to look after young adults with learning disabilities in my home 1 permanently and others for respite, and worked at a children’s home for the same thing, I really miss it but watching you makes me want to do it all again🙁, u really are amazing, I don’t know where u get the energy but those children were put with u for a reason and are so fortunate . @@DoughertyDozen I go through a ton of sure. You would be surprised how quickly you go through it. Although I bake from scratch mostly. If you don’t it may not be worth it. I do think that some things you buy would be better at Costco for volume / cost sake. Maybe you could have one of the older kids research it by going with you. Your kids are so helpful when you take them. It’s a lot for one person.

Some people do depending on their situation but it's not considered typical.
Please don't lump us all with her. Some of us are actually eco-conscious. We don't all use throw away plastic on a daily basis.
The family has a water problem and has to conserve the amount they use. It is up to the city right now to fix the situation.

We live in the South. I so wish we had a Wegmans. So many of their products just look a step above what we have here. Plus, I fell in love with the cute butter shapes they had for the holidays. That was enough to make me jealous.

The only way I save money at Costco is to go once a month and stock up on things. OTC meds included! Vitamins, supplements, allergy meds and such are great finds. The more you shop the more you will discover where you can save. Be patient with yourself. ❤️
Your Costco has a much bigger selection and variety than my Costco where I live!
