Goop is for the male pipe threads, not the threads for the nuts. The nuts are already silver plated to prevent galling.

Hello! I noticed that you used grooving tool for metal tubing. That grooving tool is only used for PFA tube and it should not be used on metal tubing. Basic swagelok fitting doesnt reguire using any grooving tools. You only need to debur tube ends.
