Hello, should the lines be flushed of compound if I’m not going to use it for weeks?

That's recommended to avoid blockages yes.

Is there supposed to be any visible swirls left behind where the pads have done the work? I’ve got one tried numerous discs and pads and yes it gets rid of the scratches but I end up with pad swirl scratches in both CD and BD mode.

Yes swirls happen with all repair machines. They like to act like these expensive machines leave no visible marks to increase sales but just not true. It all depends on the type of lighting and angle you check. They do have mirror finishing pads to make the swirls less visible but still there.

@idorocks23 No they don't , only negative is for people really picky about condition. An unpolished disc in new condition will always look better than a polished one. I've used alot of professional machines and they're all very similar. Basically at first, the finish is close to new, but as you go through the repair pack, the pads/polish wear down and pick up dust etc, the finish gets worse and worse. By the time you are half way through repair pack they don't look great. You could replace the pads sooner but then of course cost per repair increases alot.

If you look really closes you can see some light swirls. If you get the polish pads they get rid of that and get it back to mirror finish.

1st question, Why does the line have to stay off the bottom of the water bottle?
2nd, Do you use filtered water to refill the bottle?
3rd, Does priming the system use any minutes off the card?
I dont own one, but am thinking of buying 1 or 3 for my business. Thanks for your help with these questions

1 - just incase there is anything that may block the line at the bottom of the water bottle. 2 - You want to use demineralized water or "soft" water. 3 - I don't believe it uses any time off the card. Priming only takes a few seconds after the first time you use the machine.
