Another nice home. Having solid wood cabinets & plywood subflooring is hugely important in these homes. Never settle for less if you can afford it. Daily wear & tear, plus any water leaks, will devalue (& destroy) mobile homes like nothing else. Often within just 3-5 years. If you have to choose between decor options or upgraded structural materials - pick the quality upgrades. You can update the decor stuff later.
They do offer this in the Solitaire double wide homes. This floor plan would need a different entrance to accommodate recessed entry. Good idea but would not want to take away from the interior sqft.
Like the kitchen cabinets but they truly need to have adjustable shelves instead of fixed and drawers over doors style base cabinets for maximum Drawers. I like The official designated dining area that is truly that except for the overhang of the kitchen island for seating ar the counter, this is protruding into a small space and just don't need this.
The Emerald Series will have a bit less in the storage and cabinets than the traditional Solitaire floor plans. We can order vinyl tile throughout in all Solitaire homes. Both the ACK384 and HD384 have very nice complete kitchens.
Need to add linen closets or cabinets and a Pantry too in the kitchen area. Wish this home had more upper cabinets in the kitchen. A coat closet would be nice too.
Great tour! I like the fact that the A/C unit is on the outside of the utility room. The counter tops and back is nice. I do like the darker cabinet.I would opp in for can lighting in kitchen.I would possibly omit the lavatory behind the shower and perhaps put water heater there, to give a bigger master closet. Would definitely do double rods for sure I also would do a wood type flooring instead of the travine/ granite looking flooring. All around great house, great floor plan, great video, Ben!
I do not have any retailers in Indiana, but maybe one in the south can ship up to you message me on the website and I can see if there’s anyone that would be willing to do it if you find a floor plan you like

100% agree with this comment! Thank you for your input :)
Like the window and blinds and the tile, just to be sure because of how you said it, the subfloor is not OSB BUT PLYWOOD THROUGHOUT?
Correct, Plywood subfloor :)
Outside features are nice but now need to recess the door's.

The Emerald Series focuses on savings compared to the core Solitaire floor plans (HD384 / ACK384). We see more cabinets in those homes.
I really like that there is no carpet in the living room, but it seriously looks like the rest of the kitchen is missing!😢

I do like some of the ideas you have. Thank you for sharing :)
Absolutely like and want the bigger shower, besides in this day and age of water scarcity with more and more droughts showers use less water.
Yes, the new 60" shower is amazing!

Great to have a place for a dinning table in a single wide !!!
Very nice feature for sure :) makes it easier with the square feet you have in this one
Why doesn't it have double pane windows?
It does, duel glaze or dual pane windows
How wide can a single wide be before becoming a double wide?
@@johnmackey3937 18’ wide
I like the big shower!
It’s really nice. So glad they changed to this!
This is the single wide of my dreams! 😍 I'll guess $130k 🤔

I wonder if I can get this in Indiana
