I bought a 2022 Heritage in reef blue and black after my 2020 Electra Glide, and love it. Maybe because I'm 73 and the weight seems so much better. I would enjoy a 6 gallon tank though. Good video. ... Bob
I just bought a 2016 heritage with only 9k miles on it. I like the look and feel of the old design before they changed in 2018. Plus a new heritage was 25k now !! I bought mine with 9k miles for 11,500
The tracking on the grooves is based on the tread. I lived in CA for seven years and had the same issue. New tires with a different tread pattern cured that issue. Most states don’t have those rain grooves, so I guess HD settled on the most common road surfaces… New Sub😎
Doesn't look right without the twin gas caps. On my 2006 one was the fuel gauge the other one was the filler cap. I wasn't paying attention is the fuel gauge digital on the newer ones ? I like the new color red rock/black
My friend have it, I 'm not a big boy so Heritage is most comfortable to me with cool classic design.😊 Sometime 3 friends riding together each HD heitage, Softail standard, BMW R18 Classic ~~!!
Keith, I still have it, but probably not for long. And I am sure I will miss it. There’s not a better sport touring bike on the road as far as I’m concerned.
@@TheJedRides I wanted to sell my RT after I picked up my RG ST. But I decided against it. Only 2,400 miles in, the RT is really growing on me and is proving to be a nice alternative to the Road Glide. May I ask what you are considering in place of your RT?
Yeah I have a 2021 Heritage and when Alex said they figured out a way to put a tubeless tire on a true spoked wheel I was wondering how that could be possible. How could you pressurize a tubeless tire with all those penetrations in the wheel by the spokes? I make sure I keep my HOG membership current so if I get a flat tire I'm good for a transport to the nearest HD dealer. Love my Heritage!
@@matthunting1162 They can be tubeless with a little effort. In fact my local bike shop offered it to me when repairing puncture. There's a kit you can order and plenty of demos on TH-cam .

Thanks Bob. I love that blue/black paint. Enjoy it!
What a knowledgable and nice sales person!
Alex has always been great to me, and, yes, he knows his stuff!
I have a 2020 heritage classic V107. Up until 2023 if you wanted V114 it was only made in black and I like that HD gave a V114 in chrome as an option.
Me too. For some, a bike as traditional as the Heritage should be chrome.

Congrats! Sounds like a great bike at a great price!

Looks great in brick and black with chrome or blacked out. Love it.

Thoughts about adding heel-shifters?
Any trouble finding neutral?
Patrick, not that I recall but it had been a minute. You?
@@TheJedRideshaven’t got to ride yet but some were saying neutral was hard to find. Not the end of the world in any event I guess lol.

Agree!
WHAT ? Tubeless spoked wheels.. I've got a 2021 model , got a puncture and it wasn't tubeless ..when did this happen ?
It's possible that was misinformation. You'll see another comment challenging that they are tubeless. I need to verify.

The parts breakdown shows that wheel as using a tube.
That thing looks boring and 20 years old.
Reason why is because you got. A soft compound? Tire. And if they're not broken you will feel that you know cause the outer coatings pretty rigid.
