I just bought one it’s a 25hp but same thing as yours…I tried to put oil in it yesterday with a tube that I was just squeezing…I need to get that pump and attachment like you have…I squeezed it for awhile though and it was stopped up I busted the tube trying to squeeze it in at the bottom…what can I do? I was thinking about taking my air compressor and blowing from the bottom hole to try and blow the dirt out the top or whatever is clogging it up just not sure if I should
It seems unlikely that your lower unit oil chamber is blocked as it only contains oil. Be sure you've removed the upper drain plug so that the new oil isn't fighting against air pressure. The oil is extremely thick - filling it from the top could lead to air pockets that won't be filled with oil. Filling from the bottom forces all of the air out and ensures the chamber is filled with oil.

Do 2 strokes have a lower oil?
Yes, all outboards have lower unit oil. You won't need to change the engine oil on a 2 stroke though because you mix oil with the gas.
