Can you see both cpu and gpu temps on the screen?
I got question, it does not show me the pump RPM and fan RPM it shows 0 any idea what can i do with it, Thanks in advance
But Fans does not have RGB, is the ARGB connector necessary if my MB only has RGB? or what is the use of the ARGB connector if Fans looks like does not have RGB?
Why don't they give you pump control? I love my Galahad 2 LCD AIO because I have full control of the pump and I created a bios curve to suit my noise tolerances while gaming and it doesn't even reach 2000 rpm on the pump during intense gaming. Asetek can't be beat when the competition has crap like locked 3000 rpm pump speed.
yes friend, I try this aio, and 3000 rpm pump speed is crazy loud af.
Doesn't matter since you can't get these anymore because of Deepcool sanctions but noise level is not bad at all. I use my PC for gaming so I never hear it and even at idle I don't hear it. No they never had a chance to do an RGB version. And I have no idea what people are complaining about the software since I downloaded mine just fine and it works great. Only thing that sucks is you can't adjust the pump speed due to Deepcool saying that their intentions was for it to run at a set speed. On idle my 5700x runs around 31c and gaming on COD it gets around 50-60c. I love mine and would get another if I can find it for the right price.
im using ryzen master and compare it with deepcool software cpu temp. it shows different temp. something is wrong here

@@asteroidPlace70 - Yes, my Arctic Freezer III 420mm Black ARGB arrived today (ordered it back on 24/05/24 but it was out of stock at the time). Also had the 360mm on order but cancelled it as my Antec Performance 1 FT case can accommodate a 420mm AIO at the front.
Thinking of getting one but i have the Asus Ryujin 3 360 dont know if it would be worth it or a good change. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
Keep the Ryujin. The Asus is a premium AIO. The Deepcool,even if very good at cooling, Is entry level chinese aio. You have the absolute best in the market AIO at the moment don't waste it!
It would be nice how this cooler stacks against top coolers from other manufacturers in a graph. Just a suggestion.

Got mine today, everything is properly connected, the LCD was working until i installed the software, then it turned off and the software doesn’t recognize it, lcd is dead…😢
That is really strange toi be honest. Try turning the PC off, reconnect the internal USB, if you have two internal USB on the motherboard even better, and then turn it on to see if it recognizes it. Also, the pump as it connects to the internal USB 2.0 it is recognized as storage or USB stick, so to say. So maybe there is a problem on the motherboard and the connection through that port. Check drivers for those USB ports (official website of the motherboard).
I’m getting errcode 10000(read ECONNRESET) from the software, when i open it it doesn’t update. Have you seen that before?

Got mine had to return immediately due to a bad pump it seems a lot of people are running into that
troll bot ? This AIO is not available for sale yet but you already got it with bad pump and many people got same problem as well . Sounds legit :D

Unfortunately I bought it too, but the non-adjustable pump simply drowns out everything else in the PC.

I don't recommend it. I purchased a Mystique 360 and the screen failed after less than a day! Device Manager shows it as: "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and it's definitely the Mystique as the error goes away when I unplug the USB header. I've used water cooling for over 25 years and switched from custom to AIO about 7 years ago. Guess, I'll try something different 😒🦃

@@asteroidPlace70 My pump was ok noise wise. But I believe that despite having a PWM connector it always runs at full speed?
If you run into this issue where the screen either gets stuck or stops working, turn off PC, turn off switch on PSU, unplug the PC, hold power button for a few seconds, let it sit there for a few more seconds then start it back up. This fixed it for me at least for now. I also uninstalled Deepcool software and all references to it in Users, but that was just to start fresh. Then you can reinstall Deepcool software. The power cycle seems to do the trick. It is something to do with the software where it goes haywire and craps out if it doesn’t like the size of content you are saving (potentially). May switch out to asus AIO. But it is working for now. YMMV. Good luck.
I really hope the hardware monitoring is real time actual reading, not like the asus ryujin a delay of 5 sec and the same with MSI Meg S360 aio.

it has been for a while but there has been a massive recall, however the newer ones have arrived and scan computers now have hem in stock
How is the Software when installing. Kitguru review is saying that the mystique software, windows identifies it as a virus.
Depends what kind of antivirus you have. No problems on my side.

I received mine today.. Its already out in Indian market
I got the 240m version, it took a while to download for some reason eventhough I have fast internet. No virus issues. main issue is the sofware uses 5% cpu (I7 14700kf) while in desktop and up to 25% usage while gaming which is just ridiculous. Pump noise is a little loud and theres no way to lower pump rpm, in bios and software.
@iamthatis did you use the individual cables? I think there's 3. 1 for cpu, 1 for vram fan and aio fans? Don't use the one cable. That's shit.
