If you guys are still struggling there is another way
Go to library
Go to purchased
If there is a game you no longer have go on it and press options, then press do not show content item in purchased
If you want the game to show there again go to any other game you do not have, press options and it should show check hidden content items

Like I said go to libary, then go to purchased, and there should be one option for Not installed applications so press that and it will free up that storage
