I noticed that a lot of athletes who get featured on the channel end up crushing their races. For instance Nienke brinkman just CRUSHED her Rotterdam marathon. I'm starting to think that in order to hit a certain PR, athletes have to get on sweat elite first lmao
Damn that's 27km effortlessly in a whole session, what a beast Natasha is. Seen her crusing at Sapporo(Olympic), She's such a cool marathoner. Man all these elites ...... There will be rave at Boston.
Natasha is inspiring this Canadian athlete has had so much success over the years were so proud of her.have a great race in Boston Natasha and everybody it's going to be Epic.you too Nuru haha
I got to say extraordinary one day she's 10k road champion then turns around and becomes 10,000m track Canadian champion just amazing you go Tash have a great marathon at world's your our best
What "Garmin glitch" was Natasha talking about at 4:53? Is she trying to get her 1km splits during the rep but at the end wants to know her overall 10k time? If that is the case, is that even possible? Unless you can customize your auto lap screen as well as make sure she has the workout loaded during her run so it knows she is doing a 10km rep. Hopefully any of that made sense
