FWIW, an idea I got off of Tom Evans is to use a folding yoga mat from Avoalre and cut it shorter for these outdoor lying-on-the-ground activations. Works great and convenient to carry around.
Without looking it up I would say Lactate Threshold is the point above which lactate production exceeds what your body can recycle into ATP . . Pyruvate has a place in there as well but that escapes me why we have both Lactate and Pyruvate. I watched a YT video on it last week. I have no idea where mine is in relation to HR as I'm a fat burner and also just a little fat.
McDonald’s is called Mac Do and pronounced Mack Doe over here. Why couldn’t you just run the extra 100m on the Cham track? Or better yet, why didn’t they just make a 400m track?
