That's a great idea. Wooden or metal box filled with scrap metal probably works too, if someone's got some laying around. Way to save on concrete. Just got to bolt that setup to the box.
Just have to put your pelt between the bars and crank the handle to tighten up the fur. Then you can use the winch until it stops and then lower the animal and crank up more pelt. Back to skinning. Works great. I got mine from A & J skinning machine.

The bolts to securely attach it might cost more than the concrete, 4 bucks for 80 pounds isn't that high a price to pay.
