When I was in the military, I was sitting on the ground sawing off a stud, used to bolt a very large warehouse storage shelving unit to the ground, that was too long and the "kids" I was in charge of videoed me from the same vantage as Manny was. Amazing piece of art right there from 1950. Hobnails Frog lamp, made by the French potter Jean Roger. In good condition it brings between $450-$575, sometimes more. Not sure what you could price this out with a break in the foot but super cool to see. Will take the right buyer forsure so maybe that's why he sold it to you. Instead of sitting on it for God only knows how long. Truly awesome piece 👌
