i really really like shiny mythics or just mythics. when i want shiny mythics or mythics or legendary fabled unique or rare items i look at the trade market!!!! after farming tons of le emeralds i go to the trade market and pay 5 dillar for all sorts of cool items! i love the trade market!! however i do not enjoy the economy as much.. i am very angery 😡😡!! lootrun lootrunning ruined my pretty mythics!!!!! 🤬🤬let me waste my money on overpriced items again (not shinies)!!!!!

I think it's awesome mythics have become way more accessible.
And mythics with good rolls still cost a ton.
yeah for new players, but everyone is either ignoring or doesnt care about the fact that mythics werent meant to be this common at first and ogs put MASSIVE mounts of effort and time into getting good mythic collections, which are now being fucked over hard by those changes
i personally experienced this too, spent alot of time and effort building 200 stacks of networth with many awesome mythics... after lootrun camps my networth prob went down to 20-30 stacks in total. What they should have done is add lootrun camps without destroying normal lootrunning and making lootrun camps not nearly as op to not destroy mythic value and add more ways to get mythics for newer players to choose from
Also ''mythics with good rolls cost a ton'' is not really true, there are too many of them, example: stratiformis was easily 30+ stacks for good rolls back in 2021, now they are like 2-3 stx for good rolls. I bought a stratiformis 3% better than my old one recently for just 3.5 stacks.... my old one i bought in 2022 for 22 stacks ;/

@@yo_utub-e It's true. They weren't meant to be this common when mythics were added. But things change, and I think it's a good change that they've become way more common now.
And I'm also one of those players who lost a ton of stx because my mythics fell off. But I just can't deny the benefits the past few updates and patches has provided for the majority of the player base.
Your strati example means nothing. You're turning a blind eye if you think ALL mythics lost value lol. If you want just a decent epoch now, or a decent gma, or a decent lament, or a decent monster, or a decent guardian, they on average cost more, or the same, as before 2.0. Same for crabs... oml crabs are so overpriced rn, way too overpriced. Surely you don't think the worst crabs out there should be worth 10 stx right?
But mythics going up and down in prices has been a thing ever since they were added. Check the trademarket and look at some good mythics; you'll be surprised at how many different mythics are still being sold for 50+ stx if the rolls are good.
I remember those old days when people used to ask you, "Do you want a non-mythic or mythic build", now it has just defaulted to mythic builds, thanks lootrun and 2.1 updates

my super advanced technique to measure the wynn market conditions is by checking if im rich or poor. its good when im poor. i have 1 page of LE right now - so id say its in critical conditions ngl (thanks annihilation, crasher you forgot this market killer lmao)
Unsure how to feel about annihilation yet so I didn't include it. Undoubtably game breaking right now, but I've already seen them alter the drops across this update several times, so at the very least I think they understand the problem. Feels like more of an issue if this were still bad like, MONTHS out.

I disagree. As someone who played during 1.20, the prohibitively expensive cost of mythics was a major negative factor for casual players. Nowadays, even if someone doesn’t lootrun, doesn’t grind, just plays casually, they can easily afford a mythic.
they have made mythics easily acquired by the average player and honestly there's benefits to that. it does reveal how fickle the endgame was, and aspects being able to fill that void definitely is a helpful hold over... but it's not a permanent solution. we'll see whats to come with Fruma and hopefully that major update really nicely adds to the endgame
100%, aspects are still a fantastic first step though. SURELY my video is a good enough wake up call (I have been told CTs enjoy sharing my content)

Honestly I think it's for the better that mythics are cheaper, there's reason to have long grinds in mmorpg's like this, but having to do so to get the centrepiece of a build feels kinda rough, like having to do a giant grind just to get on a close-to-even playing field with the average wynn end-game player is kinda dated at least imo
I think grinding for something like aspects is much better, as they won't define a build by themselves, but simultaneously make enough of a difference that they're worth grinding for if you want that extra bit of power
Yea, there's two sides to this coin though. Every mythic owner pre spellbound got DESTROYED with these changes; although, new endgame progression doesn't feel as limiting. Fruma's gonna be nuts, aspects are just the start for sure.
They could fix the economy by simply adding a system where players can gamble an un-capped amount of LE
fast opinion, mythic's design is inherently toxic for wynncraft. having a class of weapon that's identity is just having better numbers doesn't make for a good or balanced experience for anyone involved mythic or not
Using Disco and Cata to show that mythic prices have gone down is kinda misleading tho. These items were more so a victim of being out of meta, which is why they dropped in value
