    1-NO Extra equipment investment (such as dutch oven or bread challenger)
    2-Bake Multiple bread on just an upside down tray
    3-Observe whats going on to rescore in case of lack of oven spring ( or take a time lapse video)
    Sourdough recipe :
    350G flour
    250G water
    70G starter
    7G salt

    Can you please make a beginner video from start to finished ???? I'm stiill struggling to tell when is my dough is done proofing, and I can't never get an ear :(
