Idk if this will help others but i use this technique to remember シ、ツ、ソ、and ン
I say “shitsu son” while tilting my head to the side for ‘shi’ then straighten it again for ‘tsu’. Keep it at the same position for ‘so’ and tilt it once more for ‘n’
Since it kinda looks like i face i decided to tilt my head so that it’s like im mirroring the katakana! Sorry if the explanation is bad, but if you managed to understand then i hope it helped !!
