The only place to go to is Linton Tweeds. They are the best and have made for Chanel for decades. Nothing comes close to the quality of fabric and level of service they offer. I've used their fabrics professionally for over 30 years now.

You could use pre-washed quilting cotton as the backing fabric instead of netting if you want it to be floppy like a knit cardigan.
