thank you for pushing me over my "bum." I have been spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere. Your video really helped to give me a tool, CLOSER acronym, that is easy to understand and implement. My favorite landing page was the one that showed all of the elements of CLOSER in it. I am thankful to have been able to watch and learn.
is the content speeded up? Just a little feedback because I love your videoes and u are my favorite help on the internet :P I get a sore brain when I see that the content is at a higher speed :P and it gives me a lower watch time spent on the video. Hope to hear from u. Daniel
Thank God... I have been watching different you tube Digital marketing vedios but you are PERFECT. Do you offer any course? You make everything so easy and understandable.
Great stuff, Tim!! Thank you! I do have a question. What can I do if I am just starting my business and have no social proof or testimonials? However, I've worked in the industry for 20+years and I've been successful. How do I present that and "convince" the potential clients that I do indeed have the expertise but just now starting with the new website and getting clients?
Nice question. I believe you can start with low ticket clients or accept free jobs to get testimonials. These reviews and Testimonials will allow you close high ticket clients easily
I'll give you some real advice. You have to think from the perspective of the visitor. You also know what you want to read when visiting a website yourself. So now think what your future clients want to see and hear. It's all depending on your service or product what information you present etc. But you talk about clients, so I guess it's something like marketing related, in that case show them how you will change the frustrations/pain they have. And make sure your offer is something special compared to other companies offering the same services.

I would like to retitle this video. 'This is why some landing pages are meant NOT to convert' Ex: The Siemens page is PROFESSIONALY designed to make the 'Buyer' at least LOOK at all the machine options BEFORE he clicks the button and wastes a bunch of their time. I could go on...and on here. I came here to learn NOT to hear some guy boast about he knows better than some of the largest co.s in the world!
You could say that social proof is one specific form of credibility... Social proof is the demonstration that many people have chosen you before and been happy with that choice. Credibility is the broader category of trust-building devices like celebrity, personality, demonstrated results, demonstrated expertise etc :)
this is good but what if your new business with no social proof? then what , i need tips for that? this is GREAT VIDEO for existing businesses that have had success -_-
Great video. I have only one question. If im new and no one have bought from my website, should i still have fake review stars or is it best to stay honest?
Noooooo! We'd encourage you to find some people that you could give the product to, or just leave the review component until you have some legit reviews
Hi Doug. We typically get through them in a few days. If there are no emails from us in your spam folder can you email ninjas@exposureninja.com and we'll look into it? - Dale
Hi Craig, great question! The credibility needs to be built in other ways then. Here are a few: 1. Seeding products/trialling services at no or low cost, to get case studies and testimonials 2. Using a 'face' in the business to share the story and show their passion 3. Offer a guarantee to de-risk the 'unknown' for potential purchasers. Hope that helps :)
@@ExposureNinja perfect, thanks. We do have a 14 day money back guarantee and offered it initially at a reduced rate to get people on board. A video is a good idea, thanks!
...yea they are all trying to convince you that they are the authority. Big companies don't want every/any nut job pushin the CTA button lol! They are designed this way and they are brilliant!
This is kind of superficial. What about unconscious cues and designing to appeal to emotion and psychology. They’re all very rational things but we aren’t rational creatures.
