I’m curious why the reviews section is at the bottom, surely more people would see it if were higher up the page, under the logos strip. CRO suggests reading other people positive opinion is more powerful than the business ‘bragging’?

Great tips! The CTA points are spot on. A/B testing of CTAs can take this further. You get a data-driven approach to identify what best resonates with your audience and help improve conversions.
Great content as always Tim. Bramshaw does have a great about us page, just a shame that the website doesn't seem to be responsive most of the time. A big no no for a home service business.
It can depend on which device your audience uses the most, but also _how_ they'll use the information/service/tool you provide. If an app makes more practical sense, then an app works best. But, from my experience, a website that's responsive works just as well as most apps do.
I wish there were more quality videos for mobile pages. Everyone wants to talk about desktop when most traffic for many pages are mobile. There is just not the real estate on mobile. Although your suggestions can apply, there's too much translation and guessing on how to apply it to mobile. Maybe it's just sexier to show the desktop pages in the how to videos.

Just a quick question, is it better to have an app or to have a website (in terms of SEO). My business offers online courses and online therapy.
