    You just took me back nearly 40 years to my Electronic Tech class on college, fortunately I could follow a little better now lol. I should get my son who just graduated Electrical Engineering to get some good hands on troubleshooting techniques lol. I am enjoying the videos keep um coming and Happy New Year

    Do you really think the switch is passing the full current for the headlights ie: no relay? If so you could add a couple of relays to reduce the voltage going through the switch contacts, to reduce arcing and get brighter lights? Happy New Year!

      No I don’t believe it is after I recorded the video I found the relay for the headlamps. It’s strange that the contact burn with so little current passing through. Time will tell. Happy New Year to and the family sir.
