It's possible, outliers exist, but reality is most guys who are "friends" with females usually develop attraction to them. Whether they act on it depends on multiple things. I've been a guy friend to a girl that I've known from school. We never met but had good friendship . After 4 years, all of our schoolmates had a get together party and I didn't go all up to talk to her. It was kinda awkward to go all up and talk to her like she's my only friend. It's possible, outliers exist, but reality is most guys who are "friends" with females usually develop attraction to them. Whether they act on it depends on multiple things. The time when guys can be friends with other girls is if they have been friends for a long ass time and they know they aren't interested in each other (one of my friends is friends with someone like that) or when both are in fulfilling relationships and don't care about anyone else.

And he always texts me Always , we talk for hours for now 6 years. Whenei confessed my feelings he seemed sad and said that he was really sorry that he can't feel the same thowards me. He guinely was sorry even if he doesn't have to and told me that i deserved someone great. So from my own experience i woudn't say that every guy who's friends with a girl is necessarly interested in her

I've been a guy friend to a girl that I've known from school. We never met but had good friendship . After 4 years, all of our schoolmates had a get together party and I didn't go all up to talk to her. It was kinda awkward to go all up and talk to her like she's my only friend. I kept it low and now she's on to me so much that she's making my friend who liked her jealous by making him click our photos . She started hanging out with me and I didn't have a clue that she had a bf since 4 years. Surprising thing was she didn't even breakup with him . My sympathy for her pain was all that was there and it blinded my vision to see the truth . After some months, she picked up a fight and started ignoring . Even though I knew this was all her play, she proposed to me and did so many sweet things but these sweet emotions took a toll on me as I was blind to see all that sweet shit was for the pictures. My friends never told me shit and now she's with her ex again. It all made sense when I came to know that her ex cheated on her badly and now she want to prove herself. Anyway, feeling a victim is not the point here. But the amount of time and energy wasted is enormous. The best people come out to show the worst motives and it opened my eyes wide . I've seen guys who've gotten killed for these kinda shit

I never understand why people tell me I'm an asshole when I say men and women can't be just friends. In all honesty, most women who consider me a friend, I wouldn't mind dating and starting something more serious to see what could happen. At least one of them would be interested in taking the relationship to the next level. People aren't friends with people they don't like or have some type of feelings for. But if you attempt that and it's a no, then the friendship is ruined. It's just amazing to me how I get called an asshole for stating a fact.

It is true what you say she is NOT acting, she is NOT pretending. We women are like her, we believe that our friends are just that friends. For us a friend is not a partner or a husband. We are not "brainwashed" we think in this way. Besides, we also separate the idea of having a male friend and the idea of having a partner. We dont mix it and we will never do. Partly because we think that a real man should be brave and corageous and ask you out. If he doesnt do that it is because he is not for you or he is not interested in you romantically. That is why we never (in general) date our male friends.
