They have enough content to leave kravens last hunt out just get the epic collection, saves you the double dipping. Plus add the annuals 13,14 spectacular, should have lots of content for nice 1300 page omnibus idk the exact page count just rough guessing, it would be like the size of a clone saga omnibus. I voted for Jeff Parker's Agents of Atlas as my number 1. Maybe one day Parker's work on that series and those characters will get the appreciation it deserves.
Kinda wild considering it's one of the big remaining gaps. I think if we finally get New Avengers Vol. 2 some of the Avengers picks will diversify, just like the X-Men picks have now that there's not an obvious Claremont gap anymore.
One day Marvel will finally print SUPREME POWER/SQUADRON SUPREME by Straczynski and others. Until then I'll be very selective on what to buy. Many stories have been a big letdown sadly, gotta stick to characters + teams I truly like.

In my approach to this poll, I didn’t vote for any Spidey or XMen omniboo because Marvel is going to print books from these brands regardless of any fan poll.
For Exiles, I think these issues are potentially important, they cross over into X-Men and Uncanny X-Men, Nocturne leaves the Team into 616 etc #46-51: Vol. 8: Earn Your Wings (2004 paperback, ISBN 978-0785114598 / digital) Nocturne departs this title with issue #48. She is next in X-Men (1991) #161-164 and Uncanny X-Men #460-461 & 463-465 before continuing into Chris Claremont’s New Excalibur (2005) #1.

I would say it’s more Marvel branding the first Spectacular Omni as “vol 1” with the (I feel unfortunate) inevitability of a vol 2 that’s influenced the vote as oppose to just wanting things chronologically. More acceptance than not caring. The Stern book I feel should be an important junction for both Amazing & Spectacular going into what comes after for both, which for Spectacular is back to Bill Mantlo.

I noticed that in the Hulk by Bruce Jones you didn't throw the Hulk movie comic adaptation, penciled by Mark Bagley. It would make a nice addition to this Omnibus and that graphic novel wouldn't be homeless. PS: do you think that that graphic novel would be collected in the Epic Line?
It's December 2024 now, and if I'm correct 10 out of 60 most wanted omnis have been announced. With only couple of exceptions, they have all been Spider-Man, X-Men, and Fantastic Four books. I guess those three brands are still selling best, but this is a bit underwhelming for fans who love other corners of the Marvel comics.
Little bit disappointed that not a single CrossGen title made it in. I hope Marvel keeps putting those omnis out regardless. I’m still pleased with the list overall, especially with Matt Fraction’s Iron Man in the top 20

As an early 90s kid I was so hoping to see Darkhawk, Sleepwalker and Deathlok appear. It feels like they'll never get collected in full in any format.

In my approach to this poll, I didn’t vote for any Spidey or XMen omniboo because Marvel is going to print books from these brands regardless of any fan poll.
I suspect that was the Star Wars strategy for many voters!

For Exiles, I think these issues are potentially important, they cross over into X-Men and Uncanny X-Men, Nocturne leaves the Team into 616 etc

Nocturne departs this title with issue #48. She is next in X-Men (1991) #161-164 and Uncanny X-Men #460-461 & 463-465 before continuing into Chris Claremont’s New Excalibur (2005) #1.
True! Marvel has never collected them across lines before, but omnibuses offer the chance to include context in a way that trades do not.
Hopefully next year we can see Silk Vol 1 and Nova: Sam Alexander can make it on.
I can't believe classic Punisher didn't make it on here. War Journal made it the highest at #45. Really bummed and surprised by that.

@PeterMarinari I meant any of the classic Punisher like the main book, War Journal, and War Zone. War Journal has the Jim Lee factor going for it so maybe that's why it placed higher.

Marvel Team-Up Vol. 1!!!! Yes!! Nothing but Marvel Masterworks for this series, it's almost impossible to collect collected editions of this series right now without paying TONS of money to get the full series. Marvel PLEASE, I can't wait for this 😭😭😭
The spectacular spiderman omnibus jm dematteis should also include 204-216! But hope for best! It could be 2 omnibus or 1 big 1300 page beautiful omnibus!

I would say it’s more Marvel branding the first Spectacular Omni as “vol 1” with the (I feel unfortunate) inevitability of a vol 2 that’s influenced the vote as oppose to just wanting things chronologically.
More acceptance than not caring. The Stern book I feel should be an important junction for both Amazing & Spectacular going into what comes after for both, which for Spectacular is back to Bill Mantlo.

I noticed that in the Hulk by Bruce Jones you didn't throw the Hulk movie comic adaptation, penciled by Mark Bagley. It would make a nice addition to this Omnibus and that graphic novel wouldn't be homeless.
PS: do you think that that graphic novel would be collected in the Epic Line?
It's December 2024 now, and if I'm correct 10 out of 60 most wanted omnis have been announced. With only couple of exceptions, they have all been Spider-Man, X-Men, and Fantastic Four books. I guess those three brands are still selling best, but this is a bit underwhelming for fans who love other corners of the Marvel comics.

We are very careful. We have an IT Network manager and IT auditor on the team.
Our auditor looked at multiple confirmation points on potential duplicate votes. I was concerned about knocking out valid ones, but I reviewed every single removed vote and I think they were all true duplicates.

I'll be honest, for a second, I actually believed that Alf actually won the top spot. It was such a surprise that it completely took me out.
Exiles (top 60), Mike Carey (top 60), and Mutant X (not top 60) were high on my list. I TOTALLY forgot to vote for Marvel Saga (not top 60), but I have a feeling not too many people voted for it, since it didn't show up on the top 60. Still holding out hope that all four of those will happen eventually. \m/
