- Today @betsythomps and I trekked up little adam's peak for sunrise at 5am and then swiftly moved onto the nine arch bridge which took around 30 minutes to walk. We absolutely loved nine arch bridge, it was incredible, so striking and beautiful. We would absolutely recommend going to visit this place. We also grabbed a fresh juice at a cafe on nine arch bridge, accidentally missed a train going past and then we took a nice long walk back to our homestay after.

The British engineers have encountered a problem in connecting the railway tracks from both sides to build a bridge over this curved road. The hands of the local workers joined with a local engineer who came to help them there, have drawing structure and completed the building of this design.this nine arch bridge is totally local man made one

That was just a little thing among our engineering miracles. I think you haven't seen or have no clue about "Demodhara" railway station. That place also well worthy to see

Yala and Udawalwe is very expensive and crowded with jeeps. You will find cheaper rates at Wilpattu and Wasgamuwa National Parks or even Kumana National Parks near famous Arugam Bay surfing beach.

Pro tip. always get the tickets at the gate. Dont pre-purchase them for parks like the train@@dunneytravels
