When you realize the first One is on middle fingers the fact is.. daaamn the video would be seriously shocking ☝🏻😱😂😂 WTF And lexa's attemps are still changing my mind
Was bodybuilder and integrated calisthenics thanks to my interest to front lever and I am sooooooooo ahead now, literally the most powerful guy in my gym
Respect to Michal but I'd say Lexa still holds it in my opinion He did it on a high bar with good form and it was recorded in a way that you could see the alignment properly Michal did it on a low bar which is generally easier, his body may have been a bit low, I can't really tell, it was recorded from a position where you see the body more from above He also lost form at around 55 sec, so much that it wouldn't count anymore after that I wouldn't count it as 1 min Also sometimes during the hold Michal put his head in a neutral position or even a bit further back, which makes it easier to hold, whereas Lexa was looking at his toes the whole time Stil mad respect to Michal of course, I wouldn't be able to do that in my dreams with 2 resistance bands on I wouldn't not count Michals hold, I'd rather say Lexas hold was just better This is just my opinion
I agree, lexa's form was really straight on the 52s wr, although I would've count only 48s imo. Plus it wasn't set in his bedroom, that changes a lot of things.
I can't really explain it, but if you practice front lever you would probably feel it's true. Doing a max on high bar would probably takeaway 2 or 3 seconds personnaly
@@Larhoc You can't explain it because it's not a real thing lmao. Doesn't matter if the bar is 1 meter off the floor or 10 meters, your body weighs the same.
Os caras deveriam fazer o Front Lever em uma barra mais baixa, facilitando o movimento contra a gravidade, quanto maior a altura, pior é... Edit: Acabei de ver que o último pensou nisso kkkkk
Can you guys give me an advice how to front lever ? I can do the advance tuck front lever for 20 secs now I was stuck on the tuck front lever for 4-5 months and now I’m stuck at advance tuck for 3-4 months . The only skill I have is muscle up,handstand, human flag and 1 arm push up .
@@chriscox1535 i couldnt do it either few months now i can hold it 5 seconds im pretty close to world record on dragon flags i guess that helps 27 reps and 10lbs 10 reps not quite there but very close also weighted pull ups or very wide perfect form getting the bar to your chest also helps progression is very slow once u can hold 3-5 seconds u only improve of about 1 sec per month then several months etc after planche by far front lever is the hardest thing
I almost feel like Lexa was a higher quality than urbanik due to maybe straighter hip angle, but who am I to comment lmfao my best lever is like 1 second or something and it's very rare for me to get any seconds without hip hike
@niko9365 yeah I'm still basically at a point where I don't have a very clean fl, I can half lay actually better than I can straddle I'm not really sure what this means or maybe it's because I have shoes on and half lay with shoes is easier than straddle with shoes. I haven't really been able to get footage of a FL attempt without shoes in the gym since they have a must wear shoe policy but maybe one of these days I'll attempt a full FL hold with my deadlift slippers and post to IG to see how it looks
@@utske how's that same ? did u do the full front lever before ? Lexa's hip is higher ( but straight line in overall ) which is made front lever harder . Urbanik's form is a worm , he didnt do scapula retraction
@@mathisgrondin9290 my pullup is slightly weaker than my chinup. I can do around 60kg. Also can easily do toes to bars. Yet 1 second front lever is too much lol
These athletes are really strong but they should count until they lose form cause in all the videos they were continuing after it. For a proper and official WR they should’ve stop the count after form loss, that’s my opinion for a « WORLD RECORD »
Yes bro i did 1 minuto and 9 seconds front lever and i stop in the and clean form .the world record is my mine , with weights and without weights the killer of front lever salute bro 🇵🇹💪👊

Insane video. Front Lever is extremely hard and the fact these athletes can even pass 30 seconds is mind blowing
The fact that some records are broken while having shoes on is crazy
I know! This is overlooked but with “horizontal” exercises like planche and front lever shoes and tiny weights on feet feel like literal tons
Lexa steel a beast
Michał is absolute beast
In front muscle ups and victorians
He could planche and hefestos also
Hes complete athlete
Not complete his legs are weak
Michael can't do planche
